I had a C-section in August last year.. I was bleeding then for one month, stopper for 3 days and then again... Doctors said that it was menses the second time round although I was breast feeding. They said that some women do get their menses even when they are still breast feeding.. (Only breast feed no other formula).. I get occasional bleeding (not during period) here and there.. Its like getting menses twice a month and they last not less than a week. Anyway that stopped in March/ February, and now its started again. I have seen a gynae 3 times and he says nothing is wrong its just healing. Is this normal?

He went to his 3 year old check up and when the doctor came in he said "Hello Lucas!" and my son said " Go cook a....muffin." very matter-of-factly. If that wasn't enough the doctor left the room and came back a few seconds l8r with a blueberry muffin from the lunch room.
" your muffins better than mommy's"

We all had a good laugh after that and my son didn't even notice when he got his shot because he was eating his muffin.

this question is for people that this has happened to...not for people who are going to say "go to the doctor". i recently purchased a 3 pack pregnancy test and took the 1st 2, but they showed up neg. i waited a couples days and took the 3rd test and there was 1 line with the other line showing up very faint. has this ever happened to anyone and what was the result. neg or pos?

Last year we drove around town to show all the kids the x-mas lights. As we were headed home my 4yr. old says, "Mom when are we going to see the lights"? I said,"We just got done seeing them, where have you been"? He said, "Sitting behind you." I thought that was pretty funny and intelligent for a 4 yr. old.

He loved preschool and was really excited to go everyday. His teacher got pregnant and when the kids started asking questions about her stomach she said "There is a baby in my tummy".
Lucas (my son 3-years old) came home crying but wouldn't tell me why. I finally found out about a week later when he said
" Mrs. Haphner ate a baby and now she is gonna eat me too!"
It was so cute and i felt bad for him because he was so genuinely terrified his teacher was going to eat him.

But you miss the whole idea of having more? I mean, you have all you want but knowing that it's final, doesn't it kind of feel like something was taken away?
I'm only 31, had my fifth and last child, and people think I'm nuts cause I can't wait for the grandkids to start pouring in when my kids are old enough.

My daughter is 2 years old and she's very active. She still sleeps in her crib and sometimes she manages to get out of it. I'm so concerned that she might fall off the crib and hurt herself. Is it time to convert her crib to a toddler bed? I'm also worried that she might get out of the bed while i'm asleep. what should I do?

NO im not stupid and i know about the fact that you ovulate 14 days after the first day of our period and i know "put pillows under your butt" and I know "relax and stop trying" and i know "drink cough syrup"
I had my IUD taken out LAST Aug and have been "just letting it happen if it hapens" since well it aint happened.
we have 3 other kids and i didnt have any problems getting preg then "they just happened" thou we did want them!
so any thing i have missed or is it time to a- give up altogether b- try fertility treatments or c- you've got the tip that will make it happen??
I want another baby soooo bad it almost hurts.

My wife's LMD was 16th July. So we guessed it could be coz' of pregnancy that her periods has not come. By 20th of july we tested for pregnancy and the lab technicians said it is weakely positive (coz' the color development in test was not that so bright as that of control). Later while we consulted the doctor she said to go for Sonography after 15 days, we too went for the scan on 05th Aug (day b4 yesterday). But the scan technician has reported that there could be a ?delayed periods.
We are very much confused..Also the Doctor has advised for a tablet called Anin and asked wait for another 10 days, she is also not revealing any thing (hell with that stupid so called famous doctor in this town).
My question is how do I confirm my wife's pregnancy. Is the child growth can be confirmed only after the 30 or 40 days from the period of our intercourse or from her LMD. How exactly the confirmation can be done (waht is the key factor - the last intercourse or the last LMD).

I'm 17 years old and I am a daddy to a beautiful baby girl, and I'm now engaged to her mommy, she's the love of mylife.

Well... my daughter, wasn't born very strong and we have to be careful with her. She just broke a high fever and she misses her mommy. You see, her mom[my fiancee] is sick right now, and I am petrified to bring my daughter near her mom. If she gets sick.. god only knows.

She won't stop crying, she's not colicky, and she isn't teething, she misses her mommy.

How can I help my 5 month old beauty?

Ladies if your man came home & told you he got another girl (whom he has known for 15 years pregnant), Long before you, & you did have a child with him what would you do , would you make him choose to have nothing to do with this new child or would you be done with him? would you use ur child to threaten him or would you try to work things out? also lets say YOu are the other woman, what would you expect & how would you cope with this being the other woman....BE HONEST LADIES I KNOW ITS EASIER SAID THAN DONE, but would you throw away your relationship or would you try to work things out & accept this other child as his? He is a total neat freak and ALWAYS has some project to do around the house instead of just hanging out with our 13 month old son and I. He's constantly outside doing something, for the last two weekends he has been doing projects in the yard all day, and if we want to spend any time with him we have to go outside and practically follow him around.
He wonders why our son is a total "Mama's Boy" and gets annoyed at it. I tell him he has to make time for us if he wants the baby to comefortable around him.
How do I make him see that there is no time like the present, and by the way, I'm having another baby boy in January, at which time I will especially need more attention from him!
