What makes you 100% sure? The only true way to know if you are pregnant is an ultrasound, medically speaking. If you THINK you were pregnant, and you are now bleeding, you are most likely miscarrying. If you bleed while pregnant, it is serious. I would recommend a doctor. Good luck either way.

Did you take a home test to confirm that you were pregnant? If not you might just be having a bad period. It can happen. There are a lot of women that believe that they are pregnant and want to be so bad that their body starts to display symptoms. Take a home test. Even if you are having a miscarriage the HCG hormone should show up.

go you your doctor... he will do a pregnancy test... if it shows up positive could mean you are msicarrying....
doctors will monitor the levels in your blood to confirm that
otherwise you may not have been pregnant
it is always better to get a doctor involved especially if you were so sure of being pregnant
i had a miscarriage and i didnt know i was pregnant...
i passed out in a restaurant after a few serious stomach cramps... and heavy bleding
the doctors monitored my blood to see if the levels were decreasing to show i was losingthe baby or increasing to see if the baby was still there but to see if i had another cause
sometimes prementrualy symptoms can be so strong they make us think we are pregnant... but maybe better to check in this case with a doctor

It sounds like you've had a miscarriage, if you were pregnant for sure. You need to consult your gyno ASAP.
