He loved preschool and was really excited to go everyday. His teacher got pregnant and when the kids started asking questions about her stomach she said "There is a baby in my tummy".
Lucas (my son 3-years old) came home crying but wouldn't tell me why. I finally found out about a week later when he said
" Mrs. Haphner ate a baby and now she is gonna eat me too!"
It was so cute and i felt bad for him because he was so genuinely terrified his teacher was going to eat him.

Have you or your children done anything cute like that?

I have 3 teenagers and many many cute stories, but here's 2
One day, my son (then 3 1/2) was putting on his shoes to go outside. He was sitting on the top of the steps with his back to me - I peeked over his shoulder and noticed that he had his shoes on the wrong feet. "you have your shoes on the wrong feet honey" I said. Well he paused for a bit, staring at his feet. Then, exasperated he put his little fists on his hips and, still staring at his feet perplexedly, he exclaimed "These are my feet!"

One day, my son, then 6 or 7, lost a tooth - literally. He was so upset because he was looking forward to the $2.00 he knew he would get. Well, my daughter, then 4, laughed at his misfortune. I chose at that moment to tenderly explain to her that it's not very nice to laugh at someone's misfortune, and I told her the story of when she was born and we brought her home from the hospital, how we laid her on the couch and her brother (then 2 1/2) marched to his room with purpose and literally brought ALL of his stuffed toys down to the living room and piled them around her. I asked him why and he explained "Mee-um (his interpretation of her name) needs my toys to be comf-ta-bo" and then he rooted through his toys to find one special little tiny bear he had loved. He showed it to me and very seriously said "and thith one is just fo Mee-um to keep".
So - my daughter heard this story and became very serious, she turned and marched out of the room with purpose and came back several minutes later. She handed me a paper with a drawing of a tooth on it. (I didn't know it was a tooth, after all she was only 4) so I said, "what's this?" She replied, "this is a picture of Michael's tooth, he can put this under his pillow and that way he can still get his $2.00."

No, but I have an embarrassing story. When my son was about 4 or 5, we went to a printing company to get some copies made. I was standing there talking to the elderly gentleman when my son asked him" why do you have hairs coming out of your nose". I was so humiliated and I apologized but the man was so nice and said it was ok and then gave my son an explanation that I can't even remember because I was so embarrased I just wanted to leave....

My parents were entertaining a neighbor family at our house one day when I was about 3 years old. The guy was an older friend that my dad worked with ..... but I had never really met him before.

Anyway, as kids that age tend to do ...... if they are curious about something they just come right out and say it ........... so I asked
my dad's friend if he was a prisoner ? .......
All the adults got this real puzzled look on their faces, so my dad asked me why I would think
his friend was a prisoner. I replied that I saw
on T.V. that they shaved people's heads in prison (my dad's friend was almost totally bald) ........ My mom turned beet red, but my dad almost fell out of his chair he was laffing so hard ......... LOL

I peed my pants at the top of a slide in preschool which made quite an interesting waterfall effect.
Not cute but funny.

That's so cute! When my brother was little, I think about in 1st grade, the teacher told them the story of Humpty Dumpty. When the teacher finished the story, she asked the class "He's all broken up, what do you think they should do?" and my brother replied "Cook 'im up and eat him!".

My son was two when his brother was born. In the hospital, I said, "Robert, do you like your new baby brother?" and he said, "No, not yet." I said "when will you?" and he said, "Maybe Saturday."

Robert also announced at a church dinner that at school, he saw "semen on the ground and it was still wet, but Seth called in conreek." We told him that he should too the next time he told that story.
