I have always wondered this: after the umbilical cord it cut, what happens to the part that is connected to the women? Does it come out or does it go back in her?

It comes out in a big wide maroon pancake-like piece called the placenta. It usually comes out right away or within an hour. Then after the birth, she has bleeding like a period for a couple of weeks or a bit longer, til the place it peeled off the uterus fully heals up.

It is connected to the placenta and the placenta is delivered usually within 20 minutes after the baby is born, or taken out right after the baby if you have a c-section.

its attached to the placenta which will come out of the female a lil while after the baby is born so after its cut it just hangs around lol! for real!

It would be pretty disgusting if it just went back inside a woman.

It is connected to the amnionic sack, it provides nourishment to the baby during the gestational period. Once the baby is born, it comes out connected to the sack, it is part of what is called afterbirth.
