Is it that they just don't care about those groups of people? Could it be that they know they can't win their votes with the Republican agenda that puts the wealthy before the poor and middle class? Or was it simply a "scheduling conflict" as the four candidates claimed?

Why don't they capture him and bring him to justice? How can the man who authorized the killing of more than 3000 Americans... still be free, while the President of the U.S. does almost nothing to find him?

The American Right is quick to bandy about terms like socialist, communist, liberal, left winger but shy away from calling themselves Right Wing, could it be they are ashamed of their own fascist policies?

The path to the White House is strewn with fallen Senators

Also since JFK: no Democrat has won the White House who wasn't from the South

Lyndon Johnson, Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton were all from the South. Al Gore was from the South but lost, proving that this is necessary (but not always sufficient) basis for a Democratic win.

Even many fellow Repubs disagree with him..."This is not a government takeover of health care. This is not socialized or nationalized medicine or anything like that," Grassley said. "This is not bringing the Canadian health care system to America."

I read that it would cost $60M over the next 5 years...how is that too much to spend when we spend twice that much a month on Iraq...

For those of you who see everything in black and white and therefore will say socialized medicine is bad...give me a reason...not just that Jesus doesn't like it or something like that.

A few questions.

As we all know, Brian is WELL ahead of Beach Bum in Best Answers (I think he's like 1900 + and she's only 1700 +), my question is why does she still show up as Top Answerer sometimes? And, when she does, why is Brian not even in the top ten?

Secondly, why is it that, even when she was here, I never saw many answers from her? I honestly recall only one or two.

Lastly, does anyone else feel that to hold Top Answerer you should be required to NOT make your Q & A private?
