Im just going to get to the point.........

Lately my friends have been watching conspiracy tapes in which reveal that the US government was behind all the attacks taken place on Sept. 11th. Thus, for an obvious reason for America's benefits for more money, war, oil? You've probably seen or/and heard of these theories and Im interested in your opinions. Personally, I believe that the attacks taken place on 9/11 were strictly beyond America's control and completely related to terrorist groups. Though regardless of the thorough information presented in these films makes these theories seem plausible.

Are my friends just believing everything on these tapes? Or were we all just fooled?
Honestly, I'm scared shitless of this.
Maybe I'm in denial?
Was it an inside job?

I don't have any family that live there, nor do I really care about the day-to-day goings on there. Poor American kids are dying there every day for nothing, I don't care what people say. Iraq is not the 51st state, and the people don't contribute taxes to us. Al-Qaeda is a joke, and a tool used by the US government to get us to do what they want.

I keep hearing that Iraq break down into a civil war and everything will go to hell if America leaves.

???

Does it look like I'm going to shed tears over that? They're not our responsibility, we're not the World Police! We won't even help the people in Darfur!

This crap is over, soldiers need to go, that's all I have to say.

That gay Senator Craig creeps me out! Why hasn't he resigned yet? You would think these people would support gay marriage and all that! I would be so creeped out if someone did that while I was in an airport bathroom!

How can this man even look his family and colleagues in the eye? Embarrassing!

He claims to be a civil rights leader but supports his buddy Hugo Chavez who takes away civil liberties in Venezuela but taking control of the money, the media, and declaring himself President for life.

Is this a war zone or something? So many punks and nuts around here carry guns like it's Baghdad or something. What good will a gun do if someone gets the drop on you? It's idiotic. This country is hardly the kind of place you need a gun to survive. There's cops everywhere! It's not like the colonial days where you had to fear Indians in the wilderness!

I think a lot of people carry guns because they think they're cool and tough. I think carrying a gun in this kind of society is stupid, because if you are trigger-happy and end up killing an innocent person, you are in for a world of legal hurt! I don't want to ban guns, but I wish less idiots would carry them. I'm sick of losers bragging to me about being armed. Good for you John McClane...

The Iraq war is the biggest issue affecting our nation today. I notice in the discussions on here that people who are in favor of the war seem to be very confident in their beliefs. I am sure there are people on here who once favored the war and are now against it, and I think those people will be the most vocal in convincing others to change, so if you originally supported the war, please talk about why you changed your opinion?

We have failed once again!" Do the liberals get all giddy and want to throw a parade? Their media just can't wait to announce new death tolls, especially when they reach a hundreth or better yet a thousand mark meanwhile failing to report the incredible things our troops are doing. Of course they claim to support them... so why are they so proud and quick to say we are losing and we will never win.... before the conflict is even over? (do I smell de ja vu?)

It tells you something when Fidel Castro wants Hillary and Obama to be the winning ticket for the 2008 election. When tyrannical dictators are rooting for you, that is an indictment of you!

Are you saying that because Barney Frank broke the law, it's okay for Larry Craig to break the law?

Personally, I am disgusted by Barney Frank's actions, and I see no valid reason why he should still be a Congressman. And I will say that here.

Will you similarly condemn Larry Craig, or will you keep up this "Cain slew Abel, so murder is okay" defense?
