the plan may be to require everyone man, woman and child in the US to carry papers...a National ID Card called "REAL ID". So you can be tracked wherever you go where you must use the card....when you buy amo or a new gun? And while we're at it, how 'bout the implanted micro chip, so the gov't can track you wherever you are on the your home property in Montana?, when you go to town?, visit your girl friend?, meet with others who share you distrust of the federal gov.?

If you look to the original definition of liberal, meaning someone who wants liberty from the government insomuch as possible, and conservative, meaning someone who believes the government should be small and limited, they both should want the same thing. Yet neither party is doing anything to reduce the size of the government, in fact they are both trying to expand it.

Conservatives amped up Homeland Security and DOD, and now the liberals want to nationalize health care!

Don't people realize that the more power we give the government the less liberty we have?

Fox and CNN are carrying Freedom Watch's ads featuring Iraqi veterans arguing for sustained military presence in Iraq, but MSNBC and CNBC have refused.

They claimed that they don't allow ads that talk about contraversial issues, however, they've had anti-war ads from moveon.org, and ads about national healthcare and darfur on their stations.

Do you think MSNBC and CNN are right to editorialize & discriminate by refusing to sell their airtime to certain groups?

"President Bush announced today that he has authorized
US forces in Iraq to confront Iran militarily. "I have
authorized our military commanders in Iraq to confront
Tehran's murderous activities," Bush said in a speech
to US war veterans in Reno. Simultaneously, US forces
raided a hotel in Baghdad and detained ten Iranians
who according to a U.S.-funded radio station included
members of an Iranian negotiation team."

Yea, sure, fighting terrorism is a good idea too, and really if while we're over there we can shoot an Al-Qaeda member or two, good for us. But please don't be fooled, this is not why our nation entered this war.
