I read in Time Magazine this morning that one of the mainstays of Democrat news media, the Weekly World News, is going out of business. For many years the WWN served as the primary source of current events and political philosophy for democrat posters on YA. It's stories of steamy trysts between Hillary and UFO crewmembers, lies told by President Bush, and endless Elvis sightings were a source of enlitenment for liberals everywhere. Although naturally saddened by the loss of such a cultural icon, it's readers can be encouraged that such informative publications as the NY Times and the Portland Oregonian are still in existance.

what about student loans a private student loan costs tax payers 4 times as much as a government issued student loan. the reason for the high cost is government subsidies to the private lender

They're even worse than Communists. At least Communists spoke about the workers. When economic concerns force our the U.S. government to open our borders to say... Somalians, they rush to fight for their rights. Geeez, don't you think the Capitalists are EVER wrong about anything!!? Don't you dare say that you fight for the working people, because you NEVER have! White Liberals have always abhored the working class.

I say this as a democrat who does not want to see her get the nomination. I just don't understand how you could equate some mortgage deal scandals and a sex scandal with spending hundreds of billions of dollars on an unpopular war we shouldn't even be fighting, along with countless other abominations and gestapo-esque tactics. I can't remember our country being as polarized and divided then as it is now.

I don't know I guess i just think it's funny you people are still living the lie, and the Bush neo-con dream.

There are three possibilities for staying the course in Iraq (i.e, for another four years, extending to eight perhaps?)and they all follow one another: World War 3, which will eventually lead to the downfall of all major civilizations and ultimately the end of human life.

No, no, no. Don't talk to me about fighting terror. You don't even care that Bin Laden is still out there, probably hatching up a new plot, or that Iran is a credible threat. Wake up, America

i am afraid that our country is moving toward fascism. all the evidences ie; what is covered in public media, the fire we have created and/or the fuel we poured over the fire IN MIDDLE EAST, the conspiracies, and the attitudes of people, specially the conservatives and the recent attitude about U.N., they all point at the dangerous path we are on! i mean it guys , this is the same path germany took which let to nazi Germany! i see the same patterns. WE NEVER TRY TO NEGOTIATE OUR DIFFERENCES AND HAVE A MUCHO ATTITUTE TOWARD OTHER COUNTRIES AND INVADE THEM AND NOW WE ARE TRYING TO DISTROY THE ONLY MEANS FOR CONFLICT RESOLUTION WHERE ALL COUNTRIES ARE REPRESENTED? THAT IS CRAZY! DON'T FALL FOR ALL THE LIES AGAIN. USA IS TRYING TO CONTROL THE WHOLE U.N. AND THEY ARE TRYING TO CHANGE THE PUBLIC OPINION AGAINST THEM! FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR YOUNG CHILDREN AND LOVED ONES ON'T FALL FOR THESE LIES AGAIN! PEACE
