Boy, I sure hope not. I kinda like the idea of being able to choose my destiny.

When? I think that trend is going the other way.

We do seem to have a lot of people living in fear, and I question the value of that as a norm.

I'm going to say no. I'm not totally sure to what I'm answering, but I'm going with no. People are too greedy for communism to really work. I think that is what you are asking.
