Islam won't take over the US anyway. It's a religion. So, there really is no need for a draft. Just pull our troops out of IRaq and stop threatening Iran and things will eventually cool off. It will take time. But it cannot be fixed militarily. Even the military knows it can only be fixed politically with the Iraqies themselves. You cannot expect things to cool off when you are being the aggressor and the perpetrator of the war.

First, if we have a draft, nobody needs to enlist -- that's the whole point if a draft -- they just take you.
Second, Islam makes up 20% of the world's population -- and outnumbers the entire US population by over 4-to-1. So if Islam as a whole really tried to take over the US, a draft won't help.
Third, under our Constitution, it doesn't matter what religion happens to be numerically dominant -- the govt still cannot impose religions edicts as a matter of law.

People don't enlist for a fight they don't believe in and Islam is good religion at its core. This is a free country founded on the right of freedom of religion. Christianity has many things in common with Islam, such as angels and prophets, they even acknowledge Jesus as a prophet of Allah if not the son of God. They believe themselves to be desended from Abraham through his first son Ishmael whose mother was the maid, and was abandoned after his wife Sarah gave birth to Isaac.

You will never be finished with this Holy War...radical fundamentalists hold grudges forever...they raise their kids to take up the fight..And that is on Americas part also..all those little kids sitting in Sunday school learning to hate everyone else..that they have the devil in them..scary
And Coragryph...In what religion is making it illegal for gays to marry part of? I would say that was a religious edict that was a matter of law.
