After running on the fact that he was a man of God and of integrity. Bush has presided over the most criminal administration ever. Now, a convicted felom let go for nothing but political reason. Shame on Bush and shame on anyone who supports his presidency.

On May 9th Bush signed into law an order that gives him 100% control in the event of "anything he declares an emergency".

Why isn't Congress fighting him on this one?

...claim a ''conviction by a jury of one's peers" holds merit when it DOESN"T involve a CONVICTION OF A REPUBLICAN OR A REPUBLICAN EMPLOYEE ?? (SCooter Libby)...

What a joke...suddenly it's ''justice'' to interpret Libby's CONVICTION as meaningless...

More mindless Neocon garbage...

http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2007/07/02/bush-commutes-libby-sentence/

In a written statement issued hours after that ruling, Bush called 30-month term “excessive.” But he also rejected calls for a pardon for Libby, and said the onetime adviser will still have to pay a $250,000 fine and remain on probation for two years.

“The consequences of his felony conviction on his former life as a lawyer, public servant, and private citizen will be long-lasting,” Bush said. But he said Libby was given “a harsh sentence based in part on allegations never presented to the jury.”

Does Bush not have the balls to pardon Libby? Is he once again trying to show that he and his cronies are above the law?

Did anyone see him with Putin after their talks today? Bush got it done and defended American interests finally without invasion. And Putin looked very depressed after Bush destroyed him in negotiations. I have to say, Putin looked hilarious.

I'm not talking about the eldery or truly disabled, I'm talking about the "mentally disabled" who could work if given the right environment, and people who just need welfare for various reasons. Do you think they should have to do some part time work for those benefits? It could even be something they could do from home.

and then on top of that they have the gall to charge us for gasoline?

Why do we pay welfare to a business that obviously is a failure (only stays in business because of handouts)?

Rudy, you *are* aware that a large number of events that inflamed the Muslim world occurred under the watchful eyes of Reagan and Bush Sr? I mean, just look at the 80s in terms of American adventurism in the Mid East.

The only reason Giuliano is still around is he got lucky. The attack came on his watch and he was near live TV cameras, up until 30 seconds before WTC, his political future was doomed. And bin Laden was taken into custody.... when? Rudy? Hellooo?

The guy's a complete moron. Not saying Clinton wasn't, but Rudy's also in the "extremely naive" corner. This is the kind of talk that will fire up the idiots and the retards that still support President Bush and will push them closer to voting for Rudy Giuliani for the Republican nominee.

"Giuliani criticized Democrats, accusing them of weakness and naivete in dealing with terrorism."

When will the Democrats criticize the Republicans, accusing them of exaggerating the the threat of terrorism to achieve their business agenda?

Liberals underestimate what can be accomplished by courage and resolve because these are not qualities they possess. Liberalism is a can't cant. Every task is too difficult. Every danger is too great. This is why liberals don't oppose dictators until after they've been deposed by the likes of Reagan and Bush. While tyrants are still in power, liberal lips stay firmly glued to their backsides.

Want to Marry your Dog, Live Free of the Government & have your working neighbor's wealth redistributed to you? Kick the can of global terrorism down the street for someone else to fix? The Democrats are your party!

Want to bring down Communism, The Baath Party & The Taliban. The Republicans are your Party

Every last thing that happnes in the US has a direct impact on Canada - Trade politics currency national debt - etc

How many people did we end up with who dodged the draft in Vietnam

What impact does the falling US dollar have on our manufacturing sectors etc

The list goes on and on -

Although we are a seperate nation with a very different history we are intricately affected by decisions made to the south of us

The US appears to be moving to a facist state - That will affect us and our people -

I say we should be watching and when rights disapear in the US we should warn the sleeping American public -

It is what a good nieghbor would and should do

At its very core, war is a brutal contest of wills.

UBL claimed that the US was too weak, did not have the will to carry on the fight. He said that they could not beat the US Army, but they could beat the US people.

Is UBL right? Are the libs with their "troops home now" mantra providing moral support to terrorists?
