If you are referring to Libby, was it OK for Marc Rich to break the law?

I am infuriated at Bush for doing this, but for democrats bash Bush for this while putting Clinton up on a pedestal is very hypocritical.

And most of the conservative commentators (like Glenn Beck & O'Reilly) are also upset with Bush for this. So I can at least appreciate that they aren't being hypocritical.

Libby was convicted and sentenced. The people who ask what crime was committed have not been paying attention at all.

In this administration there is no accountability. They do whatever they want and have gotten away with it.

Given that even the judge that sentenced Libby admitted that there was no underlying crime committed, what law was broken?
