My little brother, Dara, is graduating college in December with a degree in politics. He is thinking of moving to Washington to find a job there but it's a tough job market, one where you need connections. We have an old ouija board in the attic and we're thinking of using it this weekend to help steer his course. We're not sure if this is more likely to steer him towards a more conservative or a liberal career path. I don't want to reveal his preference here. What questions should we ask? Do you think we could contact Reagan? Should he mention on his resume or cover letter that we used a ouija board and it advised him to apply for a particular job?

the test list 4 factors that account for the behavior of bureaucrats? Which of these are " benign" and which are " pathological" ? Would you want the behavior of bureaucrats to be most heavily determined by a) the manner in which they are recruited and rewarded; b) their personal attributes, such as their socioeconomic background and their political attitudes; c) the nature of the jobs they have, or d)responsiveness to outside forces-political superiors, legislators, interest groups or journalists?

Is there a opinions section in this site where you can ask for an opinion without someone reporting your question? I'm tired of my questions and answers being reported just because my opinion isnt liked. I'm just asking to get an idea of what other poeple think. Im going to laugh when someone reports this question. I guess I am ranting.

Doesn't theTorah say, " Thou shalt not steal." Doesn't it also say that the people they claim God gave the land to were only tenants living in the land based on their obedience to the Torah? Since they failed miserably and got themselves evicted, shouldn't they be thankful for what land the U.N. gave them and stop stealing Palestinian land while they pretend they want peace?

A quote from an Israeli who knows the truth and speaks out against his government:

Rabin really wanted to move forward towards peace. Slowly-slowly, with stubborn haggling, but also with consistency and persistence. Olmert's aims are quite different. He wants a "peace process" that has no end - babbling, meetings, conferences, without any movement, while in the meantime the occupation is continuing, annexation is creeping forward, settlements are enlarging and the hopes and chances for the two peoples are evaporating.

I know some of your remember that I mentioned how I supported Bush and the war. I made my user name based on that. I am so sad and I regret every day for spporting and trusting Bush. We all got fooled and I am so sorry for ever voting for Bush.

I lost my brother in Iraq over 2 years ago. I hope none of you ever experience what I have gone through. Please I beg you all to save the lives of your loved ones and bring them home. You can support them only when they are alive.

It is so sad and I fal into tears when I think of my brave and proud brother. PLease do no let your loved ones get seriosly injured or worse. I too spported all of it. Now I regret it and know my brother died in vain for this lie of a war. Please for the love of your family and friends keep them safe before it's too late.

You can't support them when they are gone.

does it just disturb you that republicans seek any chance to avoid taxes to help America?

BUT.....they expect government handouts for school vouchers so they can go to their private CHURCH SCHOOLS at the taxpayers expense?

I mean why do republicans expect handouts for their PRIVATE SCHOOLS?

They don't want to pay texes but sure enough when it comes to them getting theirs off Uncle Sam they are the first in line.

Even worse they start a war for oil and want patriotic Americans to pay for it. And die for it, like my brother.

Then they have the nerve to hire Blackwater and expect more tax dollars to be just tossed away.

Do all of us patriotic Americans a favor. stay off of our public roads, our public beaches, public schools, public transit etc. Take your greedy NON-TAX PAYING anti-American freeloading republican butts and move to Iraq. Send the rest of our troops home ALIVE. Keep blackwater, and leave us Americans alone!

July 8, 1947

Many of you will recall that on July 8, 1947, almost exactly 60 years ago, witnesses claim that an unidentified flying object (UFO) with five aliens aboard crashed onto a sheep and cattle ranch just outside Roswell , New Mexico . This is a well-known incident that many say has long been covered up by the U . S . Air Force and other federal Agencies and organizations .

However, what you may NOT know is that in the month of March 1948,"" nine months """after that historic day, the following people were born:

Albert A . Gore, Jr .
Hillary Rodham
John F . Kerry
William J . Clinton
Howard Dean
Nancy Pelosi
Dianne Feinstein
Charles E . Schumer
Barbara Boxer

Is this what happens when aliens breed with sheep?

I certainly hope this bit of information clears up a lot
of things for you

What do you think??
Believe it or not?
I'm in a good mood how about you?

Someone came up to me the other day and we were talking, and I asked him how work was. He replied by saying, "It's fine, you gotta do it, you know?"

I then replied, "Yeah, we in America need to work, there are millions of people on welfare depending on it."

True or false?

I suppose it can be taken both ways. Who knows.

According to the Washington Post, several memos have emerged from the desk of Donald Rumsfeld. Rumsfeld wrote as many as fifty to sixty memos a day. His staff called them "snowflakes." In one memo, he urged his staff to "Keep elevating the threat from Iraq." In another, he tells them to "link Iraq to Iran."
In his memos, he called the Middle Easterners "lazy" and said their oil wealth has spoiled them. He warned of future problems with Saudi Arabia.
It sounds very much as though Rumsfeld was a co-conspirator in the selling of the Iraq War. By urging the threat to be "elevated," he is following the command of his superiors, who were certainly doing their own elevating. Should Donald Rumsfeld be prosecuted for War Crimes? Or is he simply another Bush Administration liar who will get away with his dishonesty with no accountability at all?
