I am 17 turning 18 next month. how much does the social security pay?

I have a legal disability. When i was younger, my mom applied for it and i got it, but since they made too much money they cut off my SSI. What are my chances of getting it again if i claim myself? i still have the disablity. my grandma says if i got it before then i should get it now.

IF YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL OR EMOTIONAL HANDICAP YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR SSD (SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY). IF YOU WORK FULL TIME,YOU ARE PROBABLY NOT ELIGIBLE, UNLESS YOU MAKE BENEATH MINIMUM WAGE.

YOU CAN NOT HAVE WORKED IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS TO APPLY. IF YOU HAVE NEVER WORKED YOU ARE MOST LIKELY ELIGIBLE FOR SSI FOR YOURSELF.

YOU CAN ALWAYS CALL SS OFFICE AND ASK FOR PAMPHLETS EXPLAINING THE BENEFITS, OR IF YOU CAN, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AT THE OFFICE. THAT'S WHAT I DID, AND HAD NO PROBLEM. IT WAS QUICK AND EFFICIENT.

BENEFITS DEPEND ON HOW MUCH EARNINGS YOU HAVE HAD IF ONE IS A WORKING ADULT. THEY DIFFER IF YOU ARE NOT WORKING,OR HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO WORK.
YOU DEFINITELY SHOULD FIND OUT.
