My little brother, Dara, is graduating college in December with a degree in politics. He is thinking of moving to Washington to find a job there but it's a tough job market, one where you need connections. We have an old ouija board in the attic and we're thinking of using it this weekend to help steer his course. We're not sure if this is more likely to steer him towards a more conservative or a liberal career path. I don't want to reveal his preference here. What questions should we ask? Do you think we could contact Reagan? Should he mention on his resume or cover letter that we used a ouija board and it advised him to apply for a particular job?

I hear Nancy is particularly good at that, but she's no liberal.

The ouija board is a game. I can't believe anyone with a degree of any kind would seriously use one to steer their career.

itel is right on!!-i have studied the paranormal for 25 years-and the one thing i do not go near is the ouija-there are practices that involve the use of the ouija board but these are used by trained practitioners. it's use by anyone else is dangerous and foolhardy-you could invoke spirits from the dark side that are a damn sight harder to get rid of than they were to invoke-leave well alone!!.

Think of it this way... using a ouija board to try to help you out is like praying to God, or reading the bible. Yeah, ridiculous I know. No reason to bother.

You don't.

What you're doing is witchcraft.
If that doesn't stop you, well...

All I have to say that it's stupidity. You can't change one's destiny by a freaking board.

You have to make your OWN destiny.
