Sure, why not?
After six months of listening to the Obama/Osama wits and wags, I'm beginning to understand how much more important a name is than the person attached to it.
Its either the Peterson name or the fact that both women are/were mothers. Is there something spooky about motherhood?

This has just been a bad week for Petersons. The teacher accused of running off with her student in the last couple of days is named Peterson as well. Who knew there were so many Petersons?

But, to answer your question, yes that is weird indeed!

Sad that this has to have any ones name to it and it happens all the time.

And why cant people make better choices and see who the person really is from the start. Ever here the phrase red flag?

A name doesn't mean anything. Especially if you studied the history immigration at Ellis Island, people's names were often changed to something easier and more American. Thus people with the same last name don't even have to be related.

It is weird.
I find this to be a GREAT example of why we shouldn't let Hillary be President. Clintons tend to abuse interns if I am not mistaken...at least Bill's last name was not Peterson...
