Which Fort has the toughest basic training for the U.S. Army? I've heard Fort "Relaxin" Jackson is the easiest. Best answer to anyone who can list top 5 Forts in order of how tough they are and give a credible source.

I have many conflicting thoughts and just cannot decide. On one hand, I don't want to got o Iraq, but I honestly don't care that much... it's a risk I am willing to take. I want to join the reserves FOR SURE. So I can't decide between the Air Force, navy, or Coast guard.

CG so far hasn't offered me a job I want. I scored a 61 on my ASVABS and the best the can offer me now is Boastman Mate.

The Navy recruiter is offering me Intelligience... which I use to think I want to do. I don't know if I want to do it anymore... and I don't know why. I am leery about it ebcause I don't want to be on a boat if I get called to Active Duty.

The Air Force, from what I hear, is treated better. I love to travel, and it doesn't see much different from the Navy. The position I'm being offered is Aircrew Life Support... but if I decided to go with the Air Force I would wait for another job.

Basically, I need help deciding between the branches. Which is best, pros and cons, I would like detailed thoughts

With all the technology we have today, that soldier's body could be ID'd. Why would they have guards standing guard 24 hours a day, 365 days a year? This process began on Armistice Day, November 11, 1921 and the President at that time and up to today & in the future, is considered the next of kin to the unknown soldier. But, why the guards? Could somehing else be buried with the soldier, or is the American government afraid someone will steal what remains are left and use the technology to discover who is really buried there. Its a nice gesture for a soldier, don't you think?

Can someone tell me why the countries listed below picked a side to support?

"Iraq was financially backed by Egypt, the Arab countries of the Persian Gulf, the Soviet Union and the Warsaw Pact states, the United States (beginning in 1983), France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Brazil, and the People's Republic of China (which also sold weapons to Iran). All of these countries provided intelligence, agents for chemical weapons as well as other forms of military assistance to Saddam Hussein. Iran's principal allies during the war were Syria, Libya, and North Korea." (Wikipedia)

In a recent column, Colon said that more soldiers died during Clinton's admin than have died in Iraq.
http://www.nysun.com/article/48926
Limbaugh corroborated this:
http://www.rushlimbaugh.com/home/daily/site_022007/content/01125104.guest.html
using this document from the military:
http://siadapp.dmdc.osd.mil/personnel/CASUALTY/Death_Rates.pdf

True, roughly 10,000 troops died during the Clinton years.
However, it is left to the reader to conclude that 97% of these deaths were NOT by combat, but accidents, homicides, etc. Sadly, this is the norm, although things are improving over time.

Basically, the tenet of Ms C and Mr L was that, because we lose so many soldiers through non-com, a few thousand extra deaths aren't worth the attention of the press.

So, my question is -
How many soldiers should die in Iraq before the press has the permission of Ms C and Mr L to publish these facts?

Lets say someone serves 4 years in the Marines, and then decides to enter the Army, would they be required to go through the Army's basic training? Always wondered that.

Are our mentally warped ypung service men and women, home from Iraq, being cared for? Why is the media so afraid of showing the American Public those inflicted with insanity after being in Iraq? Why do they continue to show only service men and women in starched off-the peck uniforms, and let the American Public forget the mentaly warped soldiers? What really do Nush and the warmongering Senators mean by "Supporting the Troops"? Only when they need vills passes for more money to throw into and waste in Iraq? But no money to care for the insane and mentally ill soldiers who have wasted their lives in Iraq? Oh well...

Mmmhh, guess our troops have to learn the hard way that "Supporting the Troops" never does apply to the dead or mentally-ill soldiers! Oy's like "serve and take your own risk" as far as Bush and the Warmongers are concerned!

If you do, then why did we have to spend 5 Trillion dollars building that arsenal, plus spend more money on weapons of mass destruction and defense than the rest of the world combined EVERY YEAR?

If you don't think they would attack, then why do you think Iran is a threat, if that is your belief?

If you don't think they would attack, and you don't think that the U.S. government is worried about an attack either, then why do you think the U.S. is planning an attack, which the evidence shows.

THE FINAL INSPECTION

The soldier stood and faced his God,

Which must always come to pass.

He hoped his shoes were shining,

Just as brightly as his brass.

"Step forward now, you soldier,

How shall I deal with you?

Have you always turned the other cheek?

To My Church have you been true?"

The soldier squared his shoulders and said,

"No, Lord, I guess I ain't.

Because those of us who carry guns,

Can't always be a saint.

I've had to work most Sundays,

And at times my talk was tough.

And sometimes I've been violent,

'cause the world is awfully rough.

But, I never took a penny,

That wasn't mine to keep...

Though I worked a lot of overtime,

When the bills just got too steep.

And I never passed a cry for help,

Though at times I shook with fear.

And sometimes, God, forgive me,

I've wept unmanly tears.

I know I don't deserve a place,

Among the people here.

They never wanted me around,

Except to calm their fear.

If you have a place for me here, Lord,

It needn't be so grand.

I never wanted or had too much,

But if you don't, I'll understand.

There was a silence all around the throne,

Where the saints had often trod.

As the soldier waited quietly,

For the judgment of his God.

"Step forward now, you soldier,

You've borne your burdens well.

Walk peacefully on Heaven's streets,

You've done your time in Hell."

Face the facts the USA will be SMASHED in IRAQ...because they are evil people that deserve it.

Our troops actually THINK they are good people.....LMAO, they are no better than Al Queda.

Will BUSH commit suicide or should he face trial along with his evil fellow american thugs
