Does the USMC have a Nuclear Enlistment program like the Navy does? (Ive heard they do and since there officially "part of the Navy", you would think they do)

What about the Army?

No but I think you should go Marines or Army. You could "hate Liberals" a lot better from a foxhole in Fallujah than at sea.

Of course you will probably wash out anyway, 80% do.
Then you will get to serve out your enlistment as a cooks helper.

I don't think so. The navy has to maintain and run a lot more nuclear reactors to run the big ships and submarines at sea. Other branches of the service don't have to. I think Nuclear Enlistment is also a longer highly technical commitment.
