NO The troops SHOULDN'T be in Iraq. YES Bush IS a simpleton. HOPEFULLY you clicked on the question and READ this and gave your OPINION.

Isn't it funny how Bush is a simpleton, yet a MENACE to SOCIETY??!?!??!? It's unbelivable.

What I'M surprised about is the fact he hasn't been assassinated yet..........

CLINTON FOR PRESIDENT

I HATE american foreign policy. But it surprises me to come across decent americans giving decent responses in this forum. Some time I like some of them. Is this normal behavior?? I am not likely to pick a best answer for this question. So serious first timers don't have to spread it a lot for points!! ( Should I put this in different sections to get response?? )

I don't get how taking all of our troops home would improve the situation. Sure, they'd be out of harm's way but how could that cause the violence in Iraq to suddenly quit just because our troops left? I honestly want to understand how liberals feel (even though I may not agree with you) I want to attempt to understand your position.

I say all American troops should be within US borders and God help anyone who crosses us. Let the Arabs kill each other. How would you feel if your local police were patrolling other cities? That's what the government has our military doing. We can't police the world. Who agrees?

It seems that people don't truely grasp what our military goes through for our freedom.Because following orders is considered honorable in their book?Alot of people in this country get hardly anywhere because they cannot follow the most simple orders.Go to school.Be at work on time.Clean up after yourself. But yet our military's main command is sacrifice in it's truest form. But still they are getting spat on.I don't understand.

Thier tactics use missiles that cannot be aimed properly.
You wonder why they use use such tactics? You try facing a superior force head on....... oh wait thats right they wouldnt face you head on they'd just bomb you.

For those of yall who say that those civilian casulties were okay that Isreal caused, cause they were aiding the enemy, I can counter that too.

Every single Israeli citizen was, is, or is gonna be part of the army, problem solved, now I can kill them to. Oh and they support the Israeli war machine with taxes.

Hezbollah arn't terrorists, they are more of a guerrilla force, sure there may be a few attacks across the borders, but they are mostly against military targets.

most of southern africa now have communist/socialist governments. right wing dictators previously suportet by the us have gone , church crimes have been exposed. of course china ,cuba ,nth korea, are still there because the soviet union never controlled them anyway. the overthrowing of the socialist governmentin afghanistan by the us and thier employee ben laden. the installing of the hietola hamanie in iran to stop the iranian red army from victory was another big mistake

I simply can't tell you how many times I have seen opponents of the War in Iraq use statements such as the one provided in my topic sentence and I was hoping one of you Far Leftys could educate me as to how this war is such a disastrous and exacting toll on american soldiers.

To my knowledge the death toll for the entire operation is lower than a single days worth of fighting in the Civil War, World War 1, World War 2, Korean War and the Vietnam War. Yet I keep hearing about the 'harsh' death toll rising in Iraq and the extreme misfortune American troops are having over there in that dust bowl. It would seem to me, though, that not being killed is probably the the best thing any soldier at war can hope and in a war with this many men involved it seems that a large percentage of American lives are being spared compared to other wars we have been involved in.

Most military forces use guns that injure a person rather than killing them so that it takes 3 people out of the frontline, the 1 that was shot and 2 to look after him. Is this not more cruel than just killing him outright?

In fresh violence, that war supporters won't admit, a series of bomb attacks and drive-by shootings killed 135 people in Baghdad on Sunday, police and residents said.

Around 1,000 people have been killed across Iraq in the past week in suicide bombings, shootings and fighting between security forces and militants, according to figures compiled by Reuters from official sources. The USA military is not able to stop the fighting. However, President Bush stated Iraq is a much better place to live than it was four years ago. The Iraq people love the Americans and the USA troops love to serve in Iraq says the President.
