When it all comes down to it, all military Moss’s are infantry when put in the field? Yet women are not allowed to join the Infantry Moss’s. Do you feel women would hinder the Infantry units if they were able to join? Do you feel women should have the right to join the infantry if they wish to? What are your thoughts on this matter?

After hearing all the Marines have to offer, my boyfriend joined. It was at a time when he was confused as to what he wanted. Anyhow, all I've been hearing and have knowledge directly about, is how the benefits afterward aren't worth much. That only the vet can use them, there are LONG waits to see a vet doctor or be admited to a vet hospital. In addition, the schooling doesn't count as much toward college credit and you could get more grants as a civilian than the GI bill. Also, if you get a GI bill you cannot qualify for any other school loans/grants. Via his letters he feels he got a snow job. Can anyone give some information.

If so has the role of America in this new form of World War reversed from its prior role as isolationist in history, prior to joining both previous World Wars? And are we entering a phase where the Iraq/Iran connection will appear reminiscent to Vietnam when the Chinese funneled soldiers, weapons and rations? This last part appears to be the biggest stretch.

My grandson has wanted to be a doctor since he was in the 4th grade. He is a junior now and he is still pursuing it. He is in all advanced classes and he took one of his college courses this past summer and is planning to do the same this summer. My brother thinks it would be good for him to take this test and maybe get his degree in the armed forces. Is there anyone who can give me more information on this? What would be the chances of him being sent to war?

Should we give them free eye tests before letting them loose near our UK ground forces? I am ex Army (RRF) and I would hate the prospect of being shot by "friendly" fire.
What do we get in return..."U.S. says sorry!"
I will admit that the U.S. has produced thousands of exellent troops, and has suffered many casualties and deaths, but I think their training methods or medicals are slipping.

Many people here say they support the troops but not the war. How this is possible, it is troops that are engaged in the war. If you you do not support war than you are not supporting the troops.
