Ok i came up with this scenario. Allies, United States, Europian Union India,Tawian,Brazil,Canada,Mexico,Monnacco, south American, British Commenwelth, japan, south korea, Isreal and Turkey.
Vs.
The Eastern Allence, Iran,Pakistan,Iraq,Bangledesh,China,Russia,Syria,Lebenon Afican Union,Yemen, and Panama.

Major Neautral Countrys, Saudi Aribia,Jordan,Vietnam,Cental America Countrys,Indionesia, and Laos.
Plus a third alliance undeclared to eather side. Venizula,Columbia, Chili,Columbia, and Haiti. The Undlecared side allince will fight both the sides in farious places. The will fight the Eastern alliance for contoll of the panama canal and the Allies for purto rico, Key West islands virgin Islands, Jamaca and french gurani.

My main questons about this are do you aggree with this scenario and what are the odds that something like this wil happen. And if you agree that there can be 3 sides in war. Thanks

Does the Army really allow recruits to go home for Christmas? In the middle of training? What is that about? Does Air Force and Navy do this as well?

I got approved once and was not ready for college. That file was closed in 2004. Now that I'm ready I've re-applied and have to go through all of the same crap as before but only more. I'm 50% disabled. They want me to provide loss of work days etc. I've not lost any days. If I do, I get fired. They'd rather let me get fired and then attempt to help me. These guys are stupid. proof to them why they should pay for me to go to school. The GI Bill is not an option. I got out over 10 years ago.
These Government employees are the laziest & sorriest individuals I've ever dealt with. If any one can tell me what I need to tell these people to get the funding that they promised.... Please let me know.

Thanks

Just looking into both of these, and thought i'd get the opinions of those that knew more about these job titles. What would be your choice & why? I didn't 100% understand what it is exactly CCT's do, except for locate hostiles in an area or something. Pararescue? Jump from planes, secure areas, and treat wounded?

Also if anyone knows the passing ASVAB requirement scores for each of these, i'd be greatly appreciated. Just curious if anyone has info on these job titles, other then the military.com or whatever kind of information.

Thanks

I am a senior in high school thinking about joining the navy next year. If I good, I would like to learn to speak Arabic. I was born in America and have no criminal background. I have decent grades and scored a 99 on the AFQT. Are there any other hurdles to becoming an Arabic linguist?

P.S. I wouldn't be too upset if I had to study something besides Arabic. But I've heard Arabic is in high demand for the military.

Who else found that episode of Law & Order: CI disturbing. Two sodiers back from Iraq getting engaged then the woman goes out not long before the wedding to blow off steam by getting drunk and having sex with strangers. Is this an exageration or are things actually like that? Now that women are much more prominant in the military are they now replacing the prostitues that soldiers used to visit in past wars? Then they bring back this odd sense of moral values back them. Also, is there anything wrong with this?

This is a purely hypothetical question, but having viewed the history of America over the last few months I am wondering if the West has gone soft in it's attitde to the Middle East? Given the current complications, would it not be easier for the West to simply 'nuke' the whole of the Middle East, wiping out all of the global terrorist threat in one fell swoop, than to continue in this grotesque 'War On Terror'? There is no doubting that terrorists are currently looking to acquire the technology to attempt a 'first strike' on the Western Allies. Is it not worth considering, for global peace and security, that the West makes a pre-emptive strike against it's enemies? They say that history is written by the victor. In that context is not worth the risk of simply wiping outthe whole of the Middle East to achieve that objective?

Please dont start talking about different units in each one or any of the special ops. But Im just curious because I shipout for Boot Camp in a month and im just wondering if I made the right decision. Oh yeah and please dont try to correct my spelling or grammar I hate that. Any serious answers will be greatly apreciated thank you.
