I was told that air force one carries air to air missles. i do not believe this to be true, but i said i would investigate.
i can comprehend that, given the amount of other on board systems af1 carries, a weapons platform would not be beyond its peramiters. however if it were armed it could be seen as a hostile aircraft if flying in another countries airspace and would be subject to scrutiny. i imagine that if it were armed it would be secret.

We have some of the most assinine questions being asked and more sound like folks wanting those to agree with their opinion than ask any real question such as those is the war in Iraq wrong, who won the Israeli war, is war always right etc.

The French say they will not attempt to disarm Hezbollah. The Lebanese are now saying the same. So what does a cease fire accompish other than allowing Hezbollah to regroup, refortify, and rearm? Is this truly a path to peace or another example of appeasement such as was done with Hitler pre WWII?

It's always a good reason behind it, sometimes that reason actually makes sense. Nonetheless, we should learn to see through the so called "reason", and disarm the world's greatest powers as soon as possible. Otherwise a world war is inevitable...*sigh*
