Aside from the US Air Force, I'd have to say that the RAF is in a very good second. If Russia was financially able to sustain its air force, I'd have to say they and the RAF would be pretty evenly matched. But they dont, so the RAF gets 2nd place.

The US has the three of the biggest and best Air Forces in the World.
The Marine Corps at one point had the most combat aircraft in the world. Not sure if that is still true. I believe it is still the 8th largest as well. We aslo have the best CAS. AF biggest US Navy second biggest.
Lets not forget Israel. They buy their aircraft from us and since they spend little on R&D for new aircraft only to improve the ones they buy fom us I believe they are quite capable pilots as well. No idea on the size of their AF though.

Currently without question its the USAF. We have the most highly skilled pilots flying the most sophisticated aircraft anywhere in the world. Our communications and targeting abilities are second to none as well. Our arsenal boasts the Stealth fighter and Stealth bomber, numerous drones and the most widely used fighter, the F 16 in the world.

The United States has the most advanced air force in the world. One of our advanced aircraft equal fifty of any other countries air force.

Republic of Singapore AF to me. Big enough by ratio to her population, with some most modern aircrafts, big military budget and very good pilots training and discipline.

U.S. Airforce is unmatched in its ability. It is amazing to watch them in action, dropping bombs with exact precision.

The U.S.A. we have the training,technology,support. Nobody comes close. We spend bookoo bucks training pilots
