It's always OK to go to war if you can convince a majority of the citizens and their representatives that war is the best option without using any deception or coercion.

FALSE. Anyone who believes it is ok to go to war, has never been there or done that. To say that it is always ok to go to war makes about as much sense as when kids say they hate something on their plate, yet they have never tried it. Only an ignorant human thats narrow minded with no morals and no respect for human life would and could make such a statement.

It doesnt matter if you are black, white, muslim, christian, jew, life is life, and you either respect it, or you dont. Such is the problem in the world that we live in. And nevermind the middle east, those problems exist right here at home.

How can one be in command of the US Military, leading us into combat, yet has never seen a day of combat in their entire life. Hipocracy, and its very shameful.

For anyone to say it is ALWAYS ok to go to war, you obviously have never been there, nor have had any loved ones involved in combat.

False, it is not always ok to go to war. All efforts should be made before any war begins. There are many circumstances where wars could be avoided if people would have thought ahead and were more vigilant. A case in point would be Sadamm, the U.S. supported his regime, how foolish, where were the advisors then? If they had been more vigilant and monitored what was going on, we probably would not be where we are today. Coupled with that, we need to elect politicians that aren't arrogant and stir up trouble with our neighbors.

Of course it is NOT ok to ALWAYS go to war... There was a reason for the War of Indep;endence.. There was a reason for the entry into World War I and World War II... from then on, there has not been any reason why the U.S. enter any war

I would say false. As children, we are taught that fighting never solves anything, yet as adults we are taught to justify the killing of other human beings for a little more power and money. It just doesn't make sense! Imagine the two opposing countries as two children in a conflict: child #1 taunts (or says something opposing to) child #2, child #2 throws some dirt into child #1's face, child #1 throws a stone hitting child #2, child #2 throws a hand full of stones striking child #1, child #1 attacks child #2 and wrestles him to the ground, child #2 bites into the flesh of child #1 breaking the skin and drawing blood, child #1 begins beating child #2 uncontrollably until he is bleeding, and so does #2 to #1 until both are mangled and crippled and still no issue was resolved. Who won? NO ONE!

Even if one of the two surrenders, there is still underlying resentment that will later errupt into more, larger scale conflict.

You said "always" but then add conditions to it and then you want a true or false answer. So the answer is false since the question is false. ;)
