I have full coverage insurance on my car where I live in Kansas. My boyfriend has liability insurance on his truck. We both have valid drivers licenses. His truck is not working and we do not have the money to fix it. We have been sharing my car. He is not included on my policy though. If he drives my car and gets in a wreck is it covered? What if he gets pulled over? As long as he has his proof of insurance and drivers license is it ok for him to drive my car?

I have worked for a large urban PD for 37 and worked homocide in a year where i worked 13 murders in six months. Many were easily cleared the smoking gun or dripping knife types where the suspect surrenders for confesses without much work. It is ridiculus to see the FBI come in and take over from the local cops like Mayberry RFD. Big city cops work countless murders and are the experts on homocides and the FBI agents work bank robberies, terroistist activity, interstate related crimes. You have these two sugar pants female agents on Criminal Minds that know much more than a seasoned big city homocide detective which is bogus, but my wife loves it so I have to sit there and endure this crap.

See the police bully's and thugs have many supporter on this site, did anyone notice yesterdays news?another man shot dead down south, little details available about it and as usual the case reported to the 'INDEPENDENT'police complaints authority, haha, and Ill put £100000 ON IT NO ONE IS BROUGHT TO ACCOUNT!!I have been almost killed by the Humberside police and they are notoriously violent and corrupt and for 2 years running have the worse conviction success in UK.At this moment in this country the police can do no wrong and are probably more powerfull than the government itself.I know all about the Common Purpose carry on,my ex girlfreind was a member here in Hull and I later found that 2 of the board,2 chief supers, were acttually responsible for nobbling the solicitor I had in London, which is why he never turned up at a legal aid board so I coulnt get any finacial help to prosecute the then Regional Crime squad and Humberside police.Check out another murder yesterday in surrey!!

The money was suppose to be split with his 2 sisters and brother but he used it instead. He was arrested for not going to the court date that was set for failure to appear and the other was for theft D felony. He has 3 court dates to go to one is for the not showing up. The other two are for the theft of the money. Can anyone possibly tell me what may happen to him in all this? He has no criminal hostory at all this is the first time anything has ever gone on with him at all. Im trying to find out what may happen because he has a family to take care of. What should he make sure he does before court to ensure things go easy on him?

Picture this - You just finish work and are an intersection of a fairly busy street - sitting strapped in your car surrounded by other cars and basically stuck in traffic.
And along come a BUM , cheerful as can be and as free as a bird waving a peice of cardbroard up and down traffic telling you to smile and begging for money ?

How many have seen the helpless little WHITEY give a S-eating grin and handing this BUM money.

Warning, there is some obscene language. so if you are easily offended, please mute your volume.

Im moved to Sacramento from LA a couple years ago for school and I just recently got a speeding ticket in Sacramento. Now I've always heard that I could request to fight my ticket in the city that's listed on my drivers license. Is this true? Can i really request to fight my ticket in Los Angeles and if/when the police officer doesnt show up I win the case.

So the other day I was stopped while walking into my hotel after being out of my car for about 3-5min about a broken head lamp. The cop supposedly saw it while I was driving, but decided not to even approach me until I was well out of my vehicle. He didn't even turn his lights on until I was reaching for the door of the hotel.

To my knowledge and understanding by Michigan law once your car is shut off and you are completely out of your car an officer can no longer confront ,nor ticket, you about anything like that.

I heard this from numerous people and would like to know if this is absolutely true, and where it is in the law books.

I am curious how they work. You think that the cops detector would not pick up so he has a reason to pull you over. Just curious.

I used to get phone calls until I changed my number, but now I'm getting post, it started off as a letter that seemed to come from the Dr's with what appeared to be a vile of blood, now it's Sim cards from Mobile Phone company's. Most of the phone company's have been helpful apart from T-Mobile, when I phoned them and told them that I'd received post addressed to 'YOUR CAT IS A BOMB' the woman acted like this was the most normal thing in the world! I just want it to stop! Any suggestions?

If you receive a solicitation for a charitable donation by phone and in order to get rid of them I succommed to some high pressure salesmanship. I live on a small fixed income and really cannot afford the donation amount. I believe it is a legitimate organization( will check during business hours with the Police Fraud division for certain.) If it is legitimate do I have to pay the donation anyway. I know I should have hung up but I was willing to do a small amount but when they kept raising the "suggested donation" and saying I had to send the money the day some packet about it arrives I just got more digruntled and agreed with the terms. Can they force me to pay and if I don't can they send me to collection? I am 80 years old and live on a small SS check. Thank you
