I have full coverage insurance on my car where I live in Kansas. My boyfriend has liability insurance on his truck. We both have valid drivers licenses. His truck is not working and we do not have the money to fix it. We have been sharing my car. He is not included on my policy though. If he drives my car and gets in a wreck is it covered? What if he gets pulled over? As long as he has his proof of insurance and drivers license is it ok for him to drive my car?

If your boyfriend is over the age of 21, he should be covered under your policy. At least that's how my insurance works. Check your policy, or contact your insurance company for a correct answer.

If he is not on the policy, and you are living in the same household, there may be a problem, in case of an accident. Should he be pulled over, he should have no problem, as long as the paperwork is in order, and you verify, that he has authority to use your car.

Read your policy; some have coverage for other drivers, some don't. Most don't, and you'll need to add him to your policy.

its the car that is insured, not your boyfriend. it might be a good idea to call your insurance agent to add him to the policy if he is driving your car regularly.
