No, the police will NOT do anything because this is a civil matter and not a criminal one. First, print the pages from the site. Second, contact the person and inform them that if the site remains you will pursue this through the courts. Third, if the person does not comply, file a lawsuit. Most of these things will cause the person to pull the pages. Police only arrest people when a crime has been committed.

How did he get pictures of you anyway and how old is this person?

They mechanically ask for identity in any police count. whilst they locate that the guy isn't a citizen, they examine the immigration status. whilst Police are in touch each and every thing comes out.

Sue them for slander and liable.

They have not broken any crimanal laws so you can not have them arrested.

Suck it up and get over it because it will be more trouble for you to get back at this person threw the government system than it is worth.

Get back at them by enjoying life not not caring about their petty attempt to ruin your day.

Yes you can contact the police. Some people may say for you to talk to the school but go to the police. What this guy is doing is a form of harassment. After the police talk to this guy, I bet he will never do anything like this again.

according to the law it is a crime under Tort Laws to have this site produced under your name without your knowledge.
this is treated just as anyother case of harassment, slander, impersonation, libel etc.. many states are just dealing with computer crimes now?
