I sold some items over the internet and the lady sent me 4 fraudulent western union money orders. then wrote back to me and said she wanted her money back. I told her that the checks were fraudulent and i turned every thing over to the police and to western union. She wrote me a email this morning saying if I did not send her 2000.00 back within two days she was going to kill me and my family. How can I get her account with yahoo cancelled for writing death treats.

Stop worrying about her Yahoo account. Even if you succeeded in getting her account closed, she could easily open a new account, or move to Gmail or another service and continue doing what she does.
You should print the threatening mail and supply it to the police working on your case. The threat will probably get them to ratchet up their investigation a bit and once they find her and file charges, you'll be much safer than you are now.

Save and print the e-mail and take it to the Police. You also need to report this to Yahoo.

Let her keep sending you threatening e-mails, because you're going to need as much proof as you can get in order to prosecute her. She is swiftly heading into the 'felony' category here....let her hang herself.
