...If you do, then call the Manchester police! They will be round there in no time at all and make that racist shop-keeper remove the offending items! But dont bother calling them if something serious occurs, like robbery or violence or burglary or ANYTHING that may require them to do what they are paid to do! If you do , you MAY see one of them in two or three days time, if they are in the area and fancy a cup of tea! By the way, the part about the Gollywogs is true, it has happened on two occations, all the rest is commonplace!

In a pub last week, one lad attacked another and elbowed me in the process, giving me a black eye. The police took statements and the lad was to be charged with assaulting the other lad. However, he has been cautioned. I am left with a very bruised face and eye - can I prosecute even though he didn't really mean to hurt me? If so, how do I go about it?

I have i once got pulled over for having a small roasary in my rearview mirror. when i asked him why he pulled me over he said it obstructed my view. I got so mad i sais what the f*** man and just arued with him and said this was bs. i just sat there and look mad. thats when he said something that pissed me off, he said i would let you go but i have a ticket quota to meet. the nerve of this guy, did he think that was gonna make me feel better. that just showed me they have nothing better to do than give honest citizens chicken s*** tckets. instead of busting drunk drivers or drug dealers.

I just got a speeding ticket on the USAFA in Colorado. The officer did not fill out my court date information. What do I do? I can't find any information about who to contact, nor where to go in terms of appearance. Would this be grounds for dismissal?

Any help will be appreciated.

I live in Texas. I am graduating at the end of this month a year early. Many sources say my parents can haul me home but many others say that they can't. I know that I could file for emancipation but I'm really not looking to throw arrows and hurt my father's reputation- I just can't deal with the constant berating and drinking and yelling. However, I don't think he would want me to move out, due to control issue. If I have a place to stay, can pay rent, am safe, and have a highschool diploma can he really force me back home?

For the record, I am aware that life in the real world isn't easy. I love my mother and would stay here for her but the good doesn't outweight the bad anymore. I know she would be on my side, it's my dad I'm worried about.

Any input on if I could get into legal trouble or get anyone else into trouble by living with them or anything like that.. anything you know would be great. Thanks!

I had to go to the office in my school today, because I 'supposedly' wrote a very very bad note. She wouldn't let me read it, and when I said no, she had me do a writing test. It was in capitols, I wrote it the way the note was written, but there IS only ONE way to write capital letters. She said if I didn't confess that I wrote it, she would get the sheriff involved. So I didn't want to get it trouble, so I said yes. I was suspended for 3 days, and I now have sexual assault on my record. My dad is going to the police station today, to get it cleared. Was this legal for her to do?

Will justice finally be served against the LA cops against thier blantant illegal force at the immigration Rally?
Doesnt the FBI stepping in show they went against thier duties?
Also for once-They wont be able to do a "cover-up" using their "internal investigation" tactics..
They beat the Telemundo Reporter- Sprainded back with many other injuries when she had crudentials to cover it..There was no warning heard for people to disperse- Is her lawsuit wrong? Is the class action suit wrong?

Two people rob a convenience store. Steve, steals the stuff while Rose, watches the store clerk. Rose shoots him and flees the scene and drops the gun. Steve picks up the gun, and drives away, but ends up running over and killing the wounded clerk. The police set up a roadblock to stop Steve. As he stops an officer asks him about his whereabouts, but he is silent. He is then forced to get out of his car. The officer then notices a bulge in his jacket and reaches in to pull out a gun. Steve is arrested. His car is towed and the police find items taken from the robbery. The officer shows this to Steve and he blurts out that Rose was the mastermind. When the officer interrogates Rose, she requests a lawyer, but before she gets one – she admits her part in the robbery. So the question is what will be suppressed in ROSE’S trial: the gun that the officer took from Steve, the contents from the impounded car, Steve’s statement, or her own admission.

I can spot an unmarked police car from a mile away. Alot of people can. They're invariably clean, not a scratch on them. Solid colors, black or white or cream, usually an oldsmobile or something. Point is that they're obvious. Why don't police officers use a better disguise? Like have them drive a beat up Camaro? Or perhaps a rusted out Ford Pickup truck? I'd not look twice at one of those. Neither would most anyone else. If it's an issue of functionality, just have a good v8 engine under the hood, new tires etc. and hey, if you have to ram someone, it doesn't really matter. Seems like a common sense sort of thing to me. Why don't the police get it?

He skipped town about 3 months ago and he has warrants for not paying his child support. I have tried I don't know how many different online sources to see if I can't fine anymore information than I knew before I paid alot of money. This woman was stressed and emotional to see her father in the emergency room. The police officer pulled her over for speeding, because we all know thats the most dangerous crime in this country, that and HOV violations. Well you would expect it to be the most with the way police treat those two situations. Anyways, this video makes me hate police officers more and more. I have love and interest in FBI agents because they have to stay physically fit and have the best interest for the country AND Its citizens. Most police officers, like this one, are so out of shape. Anyways, here is the video, tell me what you think.
