No, why should men HAVE to get permission from anyone. They are not their Gf/wife slave. But, it is the proper thing to do is to get their wife or gf involoved in whatever activity they are planning. It would be rude to just get up and leave your wife at home and not even tell her where your going, or when your coming back.

If they can't leave the house that is as good as being arrested and kept in jail. I think that being forced to stay in the house is "false imprisonment" and a really poor idea.

Oh and by the way which legislature that is predominantly men is going to vote for that new law of yours?
