He skipped town about 3 months ago and he has warrants for not paying his child support. I have tried I don't know how many different online sources to see if I can't fine anymore information than I knew before I paid alot of money. I just want to find him, we have a custody battle pending and I can't find him and I just want his rights to my kid. Please help if you have any idea where I can look. Thanks, Stacik81

Because you mentioned the "custody battle" your attorney will most likely tell you that once you appear on your court date, his absence will bring a default judgement in your favor!

I know in my own situation, my G/F has a former spouse who has run from the law for years. I know he lives with his parents who conceal his whereabouts from the courts. So be it. Most often he's in prison anyway and you can't get money from a deadbeat parent whose in jail and not working.

There are on-line collection agencies such as those listed below that take a specific percentage of any back support owed which is better than none!

Best wishes.

Let him go, he just made your case for sole custody and termination of his rights a lot easier. Most states consider abandonment as grounds for termination of rights. Place an ad notifying him of the court date in the largest newspaper in the area you last knew he was. It's called "Citation by publication" and it fulfills your responsibility to notify him of any court dates.

His mother know where he is even if she says she doesnt. Send any court papers to her house and she can send them on to him. If she doesnt then he will lose and the court will award you the child and look for him for the child support.
