If a sick b*****d rapes a five year old girl and the girl later dies from internal injuries as a consequence of that rape, is the b*****d tried for murder or manslaughter?

I'm asking this question because this is what happened in my community last week and the five year old girl in question died last night as a result of the injuries she sustained in that brutal attack.

I was involved in an incident where a lady claims that I stole packages from her neighbors house and she followed me home will I was walking my dog with my 9 month old in a stroller. She came running up to me and started taking pictures of me and yelling "why did you take the packages." I told her to STOP taking photos and leave me alone. I tried to get away from her by walking faster but she THEN got into a car with someone driving on the road and they were following me. She called the cops and they came to my house where the lady gave her story and I gave mine. The officers took all my information and that was it. I noticed that after I went inside my house, she gave the cops some boxes (not brown cardboard shipping boxes) and the film I presume. Was it legal for her to take pictures of me?

and see if the police just let us get on with it like they let them do? Only difference would be, we would be protesting ABOUT their violence and they protest WITH violence. I doubt the police would put a cordon up for us and stand back whilst we say our piece.

Given that it's the job of police to protect citizens, could any victim of crime sue the police for not doing their jobs?

I mean, if I didn't do my job (I know, I know) I would be sacked. Why are the fuzz/pigs/bacon/rozzers/cops allowed to get away with it?

Have you ever wondered if everywhere you go, a camera is always watching? The cameras are invading our privacy and some people get distresed at being watched. Could they make a law in which you can decide if you can be watched or not by a CCTV camera?
We know well that cameras are there to protect us and ensure us, but isn't it going a bit far?????
Where is our privacy?????

Because of the gas prices being so high, and my neighborhood is so small and kind of difficult for me to drive in a car, I was thinking of getting a motorscooter for errands, etc.

My sister's ex boy riend is harassing her and her husband by calling and email her againa nd again even though has been asked not to. This is causing tension in their relationship. I want to help my sister and the sweet brother-in-law keep this pervert away! But the problem is he is from Midle East (Guess why he is a P***) and not a US citizen who was in US for a few years till a couple of years back. If he was in US I know my sister could have gone to any Police Office and asked for a Restraining Order. But I am not aware of the process for an International Restraining Order. I know they are out there, but are rare as not many people have bad international relationships like my unfortunate sister did. Please help with any input, links or contacts! - God bless.

I must admit that as a police officer for 20 years now I have done thousands of field searches on suspects which included patting down suspects buttocks and genital areas.

I find myself fantasizing about all these men and I find myself cruising in the squad car looking for young attractive male suspects to pat search.

I never considered myself gay, but after years of feeling men down I think I have found myself.

I can't even have normal sex with my wife anymore. I see myself going out to Gay Bars and having unprotected sex with multiple males.

I was wondering if any other fellow officers share my same issues out there.

Am I wrong for sexually gratifying myself by searching suspects in a sexual manner?

What should I do. I can no longer control myself.
