kids can be so cruel. please remove the child from this situation. also, if it were me, i'd sue the other childs parents or maybe even the school, if they knew of the situation and did nothing. we have to all start standing up for the kids in this world. if we don't, who will? God bless and best luck in this matter.

Have you tried talking to the school counsler, or maybe even talking to the school board? If not try those but if you have taken those steps and nothing has worked you may have to get leagal authorities involved to get it stopped. No child should take abuse or bullying of any kind at school. I used to work at a high school for almost 5 yrs. and I know kids can be cruel. The only way to get there attention is to just jump in and make yourself heard,LOUD and CLEAR. Don't stop until they all understand that you will not let this happen anymore if you have to be involved with your child at school everyday.I was manager of the kitchen and I had students who wanted to bully other kids and I made it clear to them that it was not happening in my kitchen and I got to where I had to write them up every time and they would get a suspention of some sort and if it happened to many times they would get kicked off a team of some sort if that was what it took to get their attention that bullying was not tolerated. My son is ADHD and I have had kids give him a hard time and have had teachers label him as a trouble maker but I took a stand for him and made them understand that he was no different than any other child even though he had problems that he could not help. I had to be very firm and did have to go to the administration and have a talk w/ them to get things cleared. Also I have talked to parents of the children to let them know how their child was treating mine and hoped that the parent cared enough to handle the situation at home also. Most of the time it worked, sometimes you will run across some that think their children a angels no matter what. With that I just told my son to try to stay away from those children and also let the school know the situation and that I was not tolerating it.If you speak loud enough and long enough they will respect you and your child and things for her will be much better. If needed get in touch with Division of Family Services and let them know what is going on and who is dong it. Most parents and schools tend to get children back in line if they know they are being watched by the state. Just to be safe you may want to find an attorney to retain. Good Luck. Just don't get dicouraged, for if you let it get the best of you then your child will know and will end up giving up on any hope of a good life if not hurt more serious the next time. Be SEEN and Be HEARD.

Call the police but if it was me and that was my child, i would go to everyone of those kids houses and express my anger as freely as i wanted. If the law and the school won't do anything they have failed, and matters would be taken into my own hands.

File a police report. Get a lawyer, and demand that the school system reimburse for pain, suffering, and the cost of private schooling.

Go to the school board if the teachers/principal isn't doing anything about it. Call the news stations and newspapers if the board doesn't do anything, and get a lawyer!
