I have a question about my rights:
What rights do I really have when I get stopped by a police officer for any reason?
I am asking, cause you always hear people say: "I know my rights, man!" So, I am wondering what are those RIGHTS?

are cops allowed to park on driveways and try to catch people wit there radars? As i made a turn i saw one parked on a driveway wit a radar out. If they are not allowed are we able to sue them, for being parked on a driveway? Or do something?

Ok my problem is that I am being accused of traspassing and entering into sumone's property and taking a digital camera and $400 ( which in reality was only $75, but the homeowners are claiming it as more, bastards) . Along with me was a friend of mine, I believe that we can't get charged for breaking and entering because we did not enter into the house for the backdoor was open wide, therefore we din't break in. I already returned the digital camera, but the owners want there "$400" dollars back, which I do not have because in reality it was only $75 ( which my friend kept)!! So the home owners said they're going to file a police report, I am a minor and this is my first offense. I live in California, what's the worst or least thing that I can get charged for??

I am from Chicago and just got a $186 ticket for going 72 in a 55 in Wisconsin, that's only 17 mph over! I find this ridiculous and was wondering what other states may have as high, or higher fines? This ticket would have only set me back $90 in Illinois!

In this book a guy kills an old man by accident thinking it was an animal he was hunting for. What would happen in real life if this happened, and the police found out... and there was no one to testify... and they know the bullet was shot from the gun the guy had?

I live in baltimore city and one police came to my front door,i opened it he told me to go to the back door to let the other police men in.i went to the back door ond opened it.they said we just wanna ask u some questions so i let them in.they showed me a picture of the person they were looking for,i said i didnt know them,they said well we just gonna take a quick look around,i said where is the warrent,they said they didnt need one and went through my house anyway.i was mad because im not stupid and they had their guns out on my company.they said well this persons been calling you for a while and thats how they got my address.i told them their was a person calling from here but it was not me it was someone else.i told them all they needed to know but they still searched my house.and they called frist

Here in Michigan, we can admit responsibility "with explanation," and the judge will see what this has, if any effect, on the fine ($130 in MI). Obviously, I'm hoping it will lower, but will it go higher? Is that legal? It can either stay the same, $130, or lower, not higher, right?

The silly git decided to break into a garage and was caught in the process. He was arrested and appeared in court this morning, he has been remanded until next week. Can anyone tell me why he was remanded and not bailed. He is a persistent burglar or anything. He hasnt got much of a criminal record.

How could our public be so gullible. Police have learned well from Adolph Hitler's propaganda machine.

The police are always crying that they are underpaid and their lives are endangered.

Cops quit lying. Farmers and garbage men's lives are in 10 times greater danger than you guys. So quit your whinnin.

Cops maybe if you quit racially profiling people you wouldn't get shot. You know coppers if the shoe was on the other foot and you were being racially profiled you would want to cap the bastards too.

You cops don't protect society. You steal more money from the taxpayers than all the criminals put together.

You know how to create a simulated crisis and scare the public into increasing your pensions and salaries.

Your bread winner is keeping drugs illegal. If drugs were legalized your jobs would be finished. So you've got to keep up the propaganda machine and keep them illegal.

I own a small business and a guy comes in and nails me in the face. I proceed to fight him until he is not coming after me. I call the police and they arrest both of us. After the fact they find a gun in his pants. They say that I should have not fought back and I would not have committed a crime. Is this right?
