I would not be bother if someone took dna from my baby, heck I think it'll be nice if now days they can get dna from a dead body and just check really quick through DNA data and find possible links to the killings.

I had a miscarriage after a 2-month pregnancy because the fetus didn’t have heartbeat anymore. My OB/GYN doctor referred me to her colleague for the surgery due to her booked schedule. This doctor performed a D&C surgery on 07/28/2007. Since then, I haven’t had my period. After surgery, my OB/GYN doctor didn’t do any follow-up checkup on my uterus condition because this health center doesn’t have proper ultrasound equipment. She kept telling me that if I didn’t bleed after surgery, there should be no problem. She wanted me not to worry.

I realized that health center can not provide appropriate service, so I went back to see my infertility doctor on 10/22/2007 and was informed that my uterus has been seriously damaged. I need at least 3 re-construction surgeries to open up my uterus and restore its function. Besides, he can not promise me if I can get pregnant again.

Can anyone tell me if this is a malpractice?

My mother fought for and won custody of my daughter, she has complete custody, my parental rights were terminated. This was 8 years ago. I have never signed anything, her father willingly signed over custody. Does that make any difference in anything and can my mother be awarded child support from either of us.

I am a CSR for an insurance agency and I have recently read a report put out by State Farm and some alarming statistics regarding youthful drivers. My question then is this: how many of you believe that there should be a nationwide law that anyone under the age of 25 have at least 2 years driving experience with a permit BEFORE they get a driver's license?

Instead of putting people in jail and prisons why not take money out of their pay checks each week and give it to the victims and their families? For example instead of life in prison for murder why not sentence them to pay 100 bucks a week to the victims for the rest of their lives and if they retire take the 100 bucks out of their retirement check. Our prisons are a complete failure and they don't really reform people. They are also a waste of tax dollars.

My mom & dad own a condo together (under both their names) and my dad is leaving my mom and said he won't help her pay for the mortgage anymore. He said she can do whatever she wants with it, keep or sell. Can he really do this? Are there laws in California saying that he has to pay? What will happen if he doesn't?

Now I need some advice about this, Ok, my husband past away in Aug, together me and my husband paid off a car, but heres the twist his ex wife name was still on the car yeah I know we should have had it changed but we didn't. I had the tilte to the car and so I took the title to the DMV and had my name put on the title. Now I don't even have the car it is a long story but my inlaws are keeping the car from me. They took the VIN to the DMV and found out that the ex wife name was still on the car... so I have been checking around and I might be in hot water I honesty didn't think that changing the title would be illegal, If it was such a problem why did the DMV approve it. I have no idea about what I am doing but I do know that I didn't know that was wrong to do. So how can I fix this problem should I 4-get about the car what do u guys think.

Hello All,

I am going to be attending a child support hearing soon. My question is: if the father says he wants me to take a drug test before he pays any child support will i have to comply? What kind of defense do i have? I am not on trial here.
I do from time to time experiment with marajauna but i am an adult 28 to be exact and it is not something that i do while i am caring for my children, spend my money on, have in the house.
Just wondering what kind of answer should i give should the subject come up.
I cannot afford an attorney. He has no hard proof other that his words. I have never been arrested in my life.

I have a civil lawsuit going on I think. I hired one attroney on a contigency basis he looked it over for a couple of months then he tells me he is in over his head he needs to bring in a Securites and exchange speciality lawyer. So we do that. he tells me he will be in touch in about 3 weeks well it has been closer to 4 weeks and I have not heard a word from either one of them. Is this common practice? I know this is not going to happen overnight. I realize that to collect may take years.

But not to tell me anything if they are going to file a claim or anything what is up with that? How long does it take to prepare a case to file. I know I cannot get a definite answer to this but what is a reasonable amount of time?

Things in question -
1. We never received a lease. (I honestly, Don't even remember signing one).
2. The place has A LOT of structural damage, Including a HUGE hole in the floor under the carpet in my childrens room.
3. We gave them $100 of the $700 we owe them for rent, 2 weeks ago, But due to my husbands line of work, He has been missing a lot of work beacause of rainy weather.
4. They promised a lot of repairs on the place before we moved in, Nothing has been done.
5. We were promised that they would put the linolieum down in our laundry room, The guy came and measuered it, Said he would be back the next day, Didn't come back for a month, And then said to my husband "You can do this, Right".

Our landlord is filing for eviction today - How can we 'fight' this when it goes to court, and is there any chance we'll be in the right?

We have not caused any damage to the property, Have not been loud or obnoxious, and have kept things outside picked up and neat.

We only have 5 spaces in work & it is clearly marked private parking only. The parking spaces are about 1 metre away from my window & people have the audacity to park right outside then walk out of the car park into the dentists next door!! I just glared at a woman doing this 2 minutes ago & she's giving me dirty looks!! There's plenty of spaces on the road but the trafic wardens go up & down. How can i stop people parking in private land? I previously posted notices on peoples windows, am i still allowed to do this? It's really getting to me!
