Timber rights, diesel fuel works almost as well as refined hempseed oil but doesn;t break down as well in the air.

Hi,
I am litigating a case in NY. As part of the discovery I have asked defendent (who was CEO) to present coporate documents to prove his claims that certain busniess events occured in the past. His asnwer was that the company is no longer active and that all corporate documents and audits have been destroyed. My quesiont is, Is there a requirement in the law to keep those records? If yes for how long?

Regards,
Channan

you would think a lot of OT would required for example if you held the position of 'defense secretary' (the new one is 65yrsold) and that's great age doesn't matter in your career, but i'm just curious, because i'm young right now and i do get tired and i don't want a job that has constant OT, so how do they do it? or is it because politicians really dont work(as much as they claim)???

I have missed six days in the last six months and been late or left early seven times in that time. 95% of that was due to my son, who has some chronic but minor health problems we are trying to figure out. I have heard I may be in "trouble" at my review today because of this. Does anyone know if my employer can legally punish me in some way for putting my child first?

Are they all retired and in homes for the elderly, or are there still a few left who can take the masses to the streets ? Look what happened with your constitution, people can now be tortured on suspicion of being a terrorist and have no rights to defend themselves ! In no time every US citizen who protests against GWB and his corporate friends will be a "terrorist" and have the **** beaten out of him. What happened with the USA I used to love ?

ok, I have 4 kids with my bf of 8 years. He was on house arrest for drinking while on probation. He did not come home for like 10 days. They eventually got him and he just recently went to jail. (the reason he didnt come home was he got a ride to his DUI classes with a fellow classmate that didnt take him) so he paniacked and hide for 10 days. Anyway. I was wondering if anyone knew how long he could get in jail for these charges. It is kinda like an escape charge. I am just really upset. I am 25 and now a sinlge mom of 4 kids all 5 and under. I just need to get an idea of my future. Thanks for any advice!

access to affordable birth control, social programs to help poor mothers, expanded adoption/foster opportunities? This is not a taunt, I am just curious to how you feel about the supply side of abortions, rather than just the demand side. How many of you pro-lifers out there have an adopted kid or a foster child? I don't hear many pro-lifers offering solutions, only judgement. Give me some hope, please.

I live in a student apartment complex. Last year I could play my music and it didn't even matter. This year I have new neighbors who live below me. I'm pretty respectful but latley my music has not been loud and they knock on my door yelling at me. I told them yesterday I refuse to lower the music. She then called the cops and they said to just lower it so they dont have to do anything. This is ridicoulous. I feel like I can't play music in my own house what should I do?

If someone accuses me of harassment and I have this accusation in a letter signed from them, Can I sue for damages if this is incorrect?

Basically, I was in business with somebody and money went missing out of the bank account. I made many, but polite enquires by email regarding the missing money. Now my ex partner is saying that I harassed them which is completely untrue.

As they stole money from me I am extremely annoyed by any suggestion of harassment especially when I was so restraint in writing the emails

Obviously the laws in this regard are different in each country but I would like to get a consensus before I add this to the list of charges I plan to press

I was recently divorced and relocated to another state; I have a 6 year old daughter from the marriage. My ex changed her home number and cell phone number so that I would not be able to call my daughter, because she says that she does not like the fact that I interfere with there life. I had to file a motion with the court to make her give me that phone number and I have the judge’s order that states that she has to, but she still refuse’s. She is saying that since I have her new cell phone number (got it off the caller id when she called to yell at me, when she got served with the motion paperwork) she is not giving me the home phone number. This cell phone is one that she use’s for work and most nights it is turned off so that I can not reach my daughter. What do I do now? I have an email from here where she has told me that she does not care about the order she will not giving me the phone number, since I have her cell phone.
