Are you aware of what the Exclusionary Rule is?

"Fruit of the Poisonous Tree".

It doesn't protect anyone from "illegal government action". It means that illegally seized evidence cannot be used in court. A good rule, but your statement's misleading and erroneous.

I'm not exactly opposed to it, but I don't think it is true.

It didn't protect the people at Waco from the warrantless actions of the ATF and the FBI.

agree with the statement, disagree to the "slanting", as when it comes down to it the one with most power and money will find the means to win....

would that it were true...in favor of course. one of our basic rights to be free of illegal search and seizure, doesnt always hold up.
