My question is CAN STALKERS BE LOOKED UP TO SEE IF THEY ARE FAR AWAY FROM YOU

Stalkers are not always sexual offenders and they do not have to register as such unless they were convicted of a sexual offense.

not all are but an arrest and convition will get you on the offenders list for 10 yrs mandatory registration as an oriented sex offender

Some probably are, others might not be. They just like to follow people around, or haven't been caught yet doing anything wrong.
