does it seem to any of you that America is getting alot of negative attention and getting alot of blame from countries who are forgetting that they themselves have also committed atrocities, made mistakes, screwed people over, etc? For example, Democrats blame Americans for slavery, but they never once say anything about those Europeans who actually started slavery in
America and continued it for many years.
America is accused of bullying so many countries, but they dont realized that America also accepts people from those countries. even the illegal mexicans will get amnesty because America isnt going to stand against them, even if they do break the law. If someone comes to America and has a life then they shouldnt complain about it. No one forces them to live there.

If a suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law then why are they put in jail? Isn't that putting LOTS of innocent people in jail until they come to trial?

if other countries dont give Americans certain rights, why should we guarantee it to them when they come to America? Try starting a church in saudi arabia, but if they come here they all have 10 kids each and build mosques all over the place that fund terrorists. trying to be morally better than them isnt going to help win a war on terrorism. am i right or am i right?

were supposed to live in a fair and classless society,
so why is it, laws have been put in place, where if one drops litter, one can be given an on the spot fine, of £50-£80, depending on where you live.
surely it would have been better to introduce a system, where you are docked say 5-15%, of your net income depending on the nature of the environ-crime you commit, £80 to someone on tax credits is outragous, £80 to someone on high incomes, i.e. national average & above £28,000 p/yr is a drop in the ocean. we all dump rubbish, be it intentional or not, but unfair fines are just a way of hurting those who can least afford it, same applies to other on the spot fines....do you agree with the sentiment and why ?

there was lots of people so we kind of get squeezed together, face to face... that lady was wearing a sexy outfit and I can easily see bulk of her goodies as she is much shorter than me.

I was staring and my penis kind of got hard, and then she looked up and say I was harassing her. She probably felt it.

She is going to sue me, what can I do? I didn't do anything except for starring.

My bitchy boss queefs all the time, and on friday, in a conference, she let out a really loud one. Everyone tried to hold in their laughs. I was mad at the boss that day, so I said "Watch the lipflap, Jessica (boss's name)." Everyone burst out laughing for like 10 minutes, and later I was fired for making her look like an ***. DOes she have a right to do that?

I lost some of my Original DVDs and gave some to friends. Is it legal to keep the backup copies?

Plus, a friend of my told me he heard its illegal to play a backup copy of a DVD outside your home. Is that true? Is that mean i can't play my movies on my laptop while travelling?

I would like to know what the law say exactly on this matter.

can I use the name for my own product or can I be sued because of the prior use/common use rights of the other company?

If so, why did they abandon the trademark in the first place?

So I'm in college, it's a Saturday, there are parties... I don't drink, but if I were to go to a party where there was alcohol and the cops came, could I still get in legal trouble just for being there? I feel like I've heard that somewhere. I tried to look it up online but didn't know what kind of keywords to search.

Vote against abortion rights and watch your daughter get brutally raped and forced to do unquestionable acts and then be forced to have to have the baby that was conceived during the act, or vote for abortion rights and know that you're destroying a human life? No intolorant zealots please who bash people for their beliefs - I want an intelligent and honest dialogue here.

My son was playing baseball, and the runner basically dropkicked him in the bicep with metal cleats, which caused over ten abrasions on his arm and made him get 8 stitches. Everyone, even the umpires, saw that it was malicious and noted it in their report. The other player was ejected and is suspended for a minimum of 1 game. The player was almost warned for another questionable play in the game. When the player kicked my son, my son's bicep was at least two and a half feet off the ground, and he was standing right on the base. The player and his father apologized for it, but I have been advised by some people to file assault charges, but I think it might be a bit extreme, unless the player has a history of this. What do you think about filing charges? Also, should I get a lawyer to look into the player's history? The incident wasn't on video, by the way. Like I said, it is probably a little extreme, but I want an unbiased opinion. Thanks.
