does it seem to any of you that America is getting alot of negative attention and getting alot of blame from countries who are forgetting that they themselves have also committed atrocities, made mistakes, screwed people over, etc? For example, Democrats blame Americans for slavery, but they never once say anything about those Europeans who actually started slavery in
America and continued it for many years.
America is accused of bullying so many countries, but they dont realized that America also accepts people from those countries. even the illegal mexicans will get amnesty because America isnt going to stand against them, even if they do break the law. If someone comes to America and has a life then they shouldnt complain about it. No one forces them to live there.

Those who never do anything, never do anything wrong. I think its a shame the way divisive politics have literally destroyed the careers and reputations of politicians and how we have allowed nations devoid of courage or moral commitment to denigrate the US. The nation that has stood and fought for human rights and freedom around the world is now belittled by some of those very nations that owe the US their lives and freedom. I think the entire world understands that the global threat today isn't from a standing army with a military mission and objective but rather from terrorists/anarchists whose only goal is to destroy civilization and plunge the world back into the dark ages. As a civilization we haven't yet figured out how we can effectively fight terror and yet protect the rights we guard so jealously. Along the way the US has perhaps made mistakes and will most certainly make more but what is more unfortunate is the lack of constructive discourse in favor of ridicule and denigration.

At least the US is out there trying unlike most of it critics.

Democrats don't care about slavery. They just use that old issue to exploit blacks for votes.

These countries that complain about America are many of the ones we saved during the World Wars.
They are jealous of our successful capitalist system.

I am a very proud christian American, but very ashamed of our government now. Bush is giving America a bad name. People in Europe and the Mideast DO NOT hate American people as our government claims and tries to brainwash us. They hate our Foreign Policy towards the world. In other words, they hate the American leaders and they try to terrorize us since we do not mind our own business.
