After 9/11, the Muslims are seen as terrorists in America but at the same time it is a democratic country, where everybody is equal in caste and creed, therefore, if you have capabilities, I will surely employ you after verifying your antecedents.

Qualifications and job experience aside, yes I can because it's the law governing equal-opportunity employment. Race profiling in the hiring process is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!

Blame it on the terrorists who are mostly muslims. Even with the law against race discrimination existing, I am sure employers would tend to discriminate if not be very careful in hiring you.
