Are FAIR and Numbers USA, tied to racist organizations? They have accepted huge donations from white supremicist groups.
They were the ones most active in getting their members to call in, fax, and telephone Washington this summer to block immigration reform. Sometimes calling repeatedly from the same household to make it seem like a lot of people, and even using threats and racists names against Hispanics.

COUNTRY ,ALL THE RICHER FOR IT.HA! I think not.I live near a large Somalian community, who dont integrate, multiply at a great rate, dont work or contribute in any way,and commit crime on a large scale.I and everyone else around here know this is true as we see what we see,so those worthless dummies in power really need to come and live in our big Cities before they lie to us all.Surely this cannot be sustained indefinately.

According to this conservative writer....they might.

As pointed out in an answer to my previous question. I knew this. As for the people who say ,"who would want to live in Japan?' It's beautiful, rich with low crime. The product of a no immigration policy and intelligent people!

How does the Home Office know if e.g. a person on a visiting visa has left the country or not?

for less money etc....evidently they rather be in their countries
speaking their language etc.but if they go to usa it is for a better life.so,evidently the border illegal crossing is, has been and will still be a difficult thing to fix,so illegals will still go to USA ilegally.why not keep a closer eye on the bussineses who hire illegals?i´d say they are all in uncle sam´s list.is it not easier to keep track of these, than actual people who everyday try to either go accross the border-and still keep finding ways to do it,or get in by boat or plane?or just keep popping children to abuse the system?what gives?if they still find jobs, even badly payed they will still come!

America is a country made by immigrants who just came wanting a better life. Illegals want the same thing, so why do people dislike/hate them so much?
I just want your opinions, so don't start telling anyone off or making any rude remarks. Please.

If this is true, I think it's sad and pathetic.

No wonder the rest of the world see's us as dumb, closed minded people who are ignorant of what's happening in the rest of the world.

I'm a Chinese citizen who re-entered the USA in Jan 2006 to finish my PHD. I married my fiance (US Citizen) in the United States in September 2007 and will finish my PHD in December 2007. My intention is to work in a post doc research position. I need advice on the type of visa I should be applying for and any restrictions I should be aware of.

My parents are old, and I need to travel back and forth to China to visit with them. Which visa would be suitable to allow for me to apply for green card, work and still be able to leave the country and return?

Thank you

I was convicted of a 4th degree felony and had my sentence suspended. This was not a drug, violent, or sexual offense. I have a bench warrant issued by a judge for not showing up to court for sentencing at that later court date. I have never been arrested before or after this offense. The reason i did not shw up was beyond my control and I plan on showing up at the next date so I can get on with my life. I was convicted in a state other then where I live.

The problem is my friend is getting married and he purchased plane tickets for me to fly to the carribean somewhere in the next two weeks. The court date is not until February and I was told the bench warrant stands until I show up.

Not that I think it matters but I am flying out of a different state then the warrant was issued.

My question is, will I have any problems with US Immigration Passport Control upon leaving or returning?

Illegal immigrants in the United States get free food, free medical care, free educations, subsidized housing, & their children born here are automatic U.S. citizens. And it all comes at the expense of the hard working American taxpayers. I know that most illegal immigrants live hard lives filled with poverty, & that most of them are hard workers. It must be hard to be a poor Mexican man who can't support his family. But that doesn't make it ok to enter the US illegally. I can't condone their actions, & I don't feel sorry for them.

How many true Americans here agree that the borders should be closed to protect American citizens from another terrorist attack?

How many of you agree that the HONEST way to enter America is through INS and not by jumping the gate?

Do you want to see another 9-11?

It is right for people jump the gate at the border and then work in America (with fake ID's) without having permission from the immigration department?

What's your intake?

What you guys think about this? president Bush wants to get rid of the borders and make Mexico, US and Canada one nation the "North American Union". isn't this illegal, unconstitutional? this is a democracy, it should be put on vote first. I'm against this. Give your opinion.

I am not a fan of the Republican party, but from everything that I have heard from the candidates the Republicans are all for a wall, deportation, or at the very least some hoops and obstacles for illegals to have a path to citizenship. The Democrats are all for amnesty and allowing all of these illegals to just become citizens. Will this influence your vote?
