As an employer of illegal aliens, I think its a veeeeery good law. What a bunch of you white-supremacist are failing to see here, is that that the visa cost $3,000 for a single individual, and $5,000 for an entire family. If 100,000 single illegals where to submit an application, thats $300,000,000 of revenue coming into the federal coffers !!! Thats extra $$$ to help the budget deficit !!! If this bill is not passed , employers will still continue to hire illegals, and the budget deficit will continue to gradually climb. Some of you may condemn me for hiring illegals. Well the federal law clearly says I can hire them over Americans, and be immune from criminal prosecution !!

The Feds passed the Immigration Reform Control Act of 1986 to supposedly stop the practice of hiring illegals. The law was just the opposite; it contained loopholes to give employers immunity from criminal prosecution for hiring illegals. Job applicants are required to furnish documents to prove their right to work in the US; but it DID NOT require employers to verify / authenticate these. This means FAKE social security cards, FAKE birth certificates, and FAKE identification cards are allowable forms of documents. So long as employers have these on file, they can't be prosecuted for hiring illegals.

thank you so much for this information!!!
it caused me to ask a question of my own.
is this going to be the United States with no borders at all? i would be better off if i gave up my citizenship and then came in as an illegal !!!
every politician will be hearing from me about this one!!! they will be flooded with e-mails and phone calls!!! and anyone that doesn't answer or who is even slightly for this bill will absolutely not get my vote..
thank you again.
if i were you, i may ask this question again with a different heading... all United States citizens should know about this one... I'm pretty much informed and i never have heard about it before!!!.

Oh yeah. The "Z" stood for "Zombie". The citizens rose up en mass and emailed, phoned, and faxed the elected drones in DC to a point where the phone banks of the Senate crashed.
The opposition to the bill from people was overwhelming.
But the drones tried to bring it back again, and again caught the ire of their constituents, and it was killed again. Then they tried to bring back pieces of it as amendments to other legislation, and again the people spoke in 1 voice with their opposition.

On this forum, we were calling it "Kill Bill Part (insert # here)"
FINALLY the Senate got the point and drove a stake through that suckers heart and killed it in its entirety.

hi to an Aussie best pal. solid question and that i'm happy you're a prepared follower of our politics. Republicans and Democrats have continuously had their adjustments of opinion considering that time and memorial, yet by no potential has it been greater polarized then whilst Bush Jr. took place of work in 2000. He has been the only reason our united states of america is so divided top now. he's the 1st president we ever had to positioned on faith (Christianity in basic terms) on his sleeve in his coverage making and attempt to push by way of extremist positions and his opposition to freedom of expression. Examples, banning gay marriage, banning a woman's top to go with, banning flag burning, making college prayer mandatory, interfering in complicated kin judgements for euthanasia of a pal. and of direction the main extremist place, beginning a campaign of united states of america construction to comply with our way of lifestyles and faith (consequently the toppling of Afghanistan, Iraq and specific quickly to be Iran.) That hawkish theory and using God in his selection making is what began a clean Republican sub-branch to be formed. they are referred to as "neocons" (the recent conservatives). they suspect that our way of lifestyles must be compelled into different international places that are governed by potential of extremist faith, that Christianity is the only and in basic terms real faith, and that cultural adjustments can't be tolerated in this united states of america. we've got a conflict between those Neocons, democrats and Constitutional purists. Even worse, old college Republicans are scuffling with internally with the Neocons and is inflicting a separate divide. it quite is one enormous mess top now and greater advantageous than ever we want a president that would unify us as quickly as back like Roosevelt, JFK and Reagan.
