Its attached to your social security number you will be caught for sure.
Its a shady thing to do but you are hell bent on leaving the USA you need to consider a clandestine water voyage to and from your destination.
You need to be a man and accept your sentence which will now be alot stiffer since you blew off the judge the first time. For a fourth degree felony you probably would have gotten a suspended sentence if you would have showed up, now you are screwed, don't bend down for the soap.

Are you a U.S. citizen? If so, this doesn't seem like an immigration question.
If the bench warrant was recorded in NCIC, then when your name is checked, there will be a "hit" on your name. If the bench warrant is not in NCIC, it won't come to the attention of the officers at the port-of-entry.

You will be arrested if the Originating Agency wants you extradited. Don't bank on them not wanting you either. Some agencies will extradite for unpaid parking tickets and others will not extradite for Robbery. So it is all a crap shoot. But I will assure you that CBP will know about your warrant and will do the proper checks to see if you are to be extradited before you even land. It is nothing personal, but we have an obligation to arrest if the Originating Agency wants you. It would be of GREAT benefit to you to try and clear this up before you go. I am sure you do not want to go through this in front of your friends. Good Luck

Yeah, not a good idea to leave the country with outstanding warrants. Your name may be flagged in a system somewhere. Why not talk to your attorney about this?
