I'v been listeing to Hillary Clinton and other Democrats on this issue and it sound like that they want us to pay for every childs health care. I allready pay a good amount of my pay check to taxes and Bush did help that out by cutting taxes. But it sounds like we are going to have a Demicratic President and all they want to do is raise taxes for the middle and upper class. I make well over 60,000 a year as a single women and I am barely surving. ( I live in Ca) I can't pay any more taxes specially for people that don't want to work is hard as me.

I see them everyday and actually all look very healthy. In my opinion they want a ride on the easy USA streets. It doesn't take a lot of time to get a non-immigrant H-2 visa, actually it is a quick process. They come in for six months (legally) as a guest worker and then they go back home. I don't have pity on them, because to me it seems that they don't want to bother with the process.

And section 8, and kill people, etc I see Illegals demonized here because of this my simple question is. Where are you getting your info? How do you figure illegal get welfare, when their Illegals ?? They have no documentation how do you think they receive government benefits? Wouldn't they be deported if they went and applied for welfare with No papers?? Plz explain and cite your info, I don't want to hear unsubstantiated rants. PS insult me I will report you, that is not what this cite is for.

I mean the attitude is so disrespectful we didn't ask for them,,they aren't doing us any favors America is a nation of humane principles and we extend a loving arm to the needy and turn a blind eye to the law in the name of Human Rights,,,where do they get off thinking they are being cheated and mistreated,,,,and why do they think that America is a endless pit of money and prosperity,,,It is not,,it could fall quicker than anyone thinks if we adopt the values of these illegals,,,,is it possibly they will ever see their wrong,,,I FEAR NOT

I dont want to have problems with my immigrant status. But I would like to study Nursing in the Phils w/c means I need to be out of the US for 3-4yrs. Is is possible to request for (like) a study permit? What if I bring my US born son with me, will there be any problems if he'll be out of US for the same period? It's stupid how she cannot drive in California anymore with her Loussiana drivers license. Because that she got affected in the court in the past days and the consequence was that she couldnt see her kids anymore.

Common we are in United States ("United") that shouldnt be an issue.

I can drive with my driver license of Texas to anywhere in the states. It's so stupid.

Check this out people. In a county where I live, police are setting up road block to catch drunk drivers, etc....You know where I'm going. Pro-Latina groups here are up in arms because if a hispanic gets stopped and they don't have a DL, insurance, or proper visas, then they go to jail and the deportation process starts. They also do not allow bail because they do not know who these people are. These pro-illegal groups are raising hell because they think they are targeting hispanics. The police have asked them what they should do then, and the group tells them that they need to just write them a citation and let them go. Are you frickin kidding me! Let them go? Maybe if I get pulled over I can tell the police that my name is John Smith, and they will just write me a citation. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!!! And people want to know why the average American is feed up with undocumented workers in this country.

Here is my dilemma. I am moving to the UK with my wife and kids who are British nationals and I am applying for the settlement visa. My family are already in the UK and are waiting for me there. We will be staying at her mother's house unfortunately for a short while until I find a job and our own house. I cannot apply for jobs as companies won't even look at me until I have a visa. I have the money for the visa and the airfare there and a little saved up. Not much money as I am supporting my family in the UK as well as myself here in TX. I don't want to apply for the visa and be turned down because I don't have enough assets. I am looking for a rough estimate on the amount of money needed so I know when to apply. I have looked everywhere for an answer and have been severly disappointed by the lack of information on this matter and any help is appreciated. Thank You
