Is NZ New Zealand?
I would ask any person who wishes to leave their own country to truly ask themselves:
WHAT qualifications do I have that they don't have in the New Country??
Honestly, just how many engineers does NZ need that they cannot provide with their OWN people???
Please understand that Mexicans do not have a good track record when going to foreign countries. They want to change whatever country they live in to be Mexican.
Mexicans going there need to realize that they can't

I know a lot about Mexican people. Though I don't live in NZ I have been there, its an awesome country.
I wish you luck on your possible move and if NZ doesnt work out for you. Then you are always welcome in the US.
