Check this out people. In a county where I live, police are setting up road block to catch drunk drivers, etc....You know where I'm going. Pro-Latina groups here are up in arms because if a hispanic gets stopped and they don't have a DL, insurance, or proper visas, then they go to jail and the deportation process starts. They also do not allow bail because they do not know who these people are. These pro-illegal groups are raising hell because they think they are targeting hispanics. The police have asked them what they should do then, and the group tells them that they need to just write them a citation and let them go. Are you frickin kidding me! Let them go? Maybe if I get pulled over I can tell the police that my name is John Smith, and they will just write me a citation. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!!! And people want to know why the average American is feed up with undocumented workers in this country.

I bet this people have worked very hard at being so stupid! :)

I believe the process of what the police are doing is correct and some of these 'groups' fail to look at the over all situation.

While there is also infrequent exceptions, poverty within the US is dramatically specific from poverty within the 3rd global. I have now not been to Mexico, so I haven't any enjoy with poverty there. I had been to India, nevertheless, and the poverty there may be a long way past what the poorest of the deficient right here can suppose. What you describe of having paid, having a position to get evicted from, going hungry for only some days, and being in a position to journey to uncover paintings in other places could be the lifetime of luxurious to the deficient of India. If the factor of your query is that deficient Americans want jobs as dangerous as deficient Mexicans, that can or will not be precise, but when who demands jobs or aid essentially the most is the finding out element, Americans are available practically final, at the back of the deficient of India, who themselves would possibly are available at the back of folks in famine zones. Yes, to an American poverty does imply anything specific. The deficient of the united states don't must cripple their youngsters to be able to warranty them a "well" existence as a beggar, because the deficient of India do.

Typically that is the first thing they scream racial profiling. When in fact an office has to have probable cause to effect a traffic stop. Such as a moving violation, defective head light or tail light an expired registration etc. This is the reason for the stop. Once the stop occurs the first thing asked is let me see your license, registration and insurance. If you can't produce those that is another violation of the law. If they are illegally in this country that is an additional violation (federal law) and an officer is well within the law to then contact ICE for the person to be picked up and deportation to begin. The officer will have to arrest this person and hold them until ICE can come and get them. They are not afforded bail, or should I say shouldn't be because they are by definition a "flight risk". None of which is illegal or a violation of any of their rights. These numb nuts think that somehow the act of entering our country illegally is not illegal. They must have single digit IQ's. Also, Sanctuary cities are illegal. Thank God the police where you live are enforcing the law!

You should support your local police for trying to enforce the current laws. They are the exception. The police in Houston and other sanctuary cities do just let them go without a valid license or proof of insurance, etc.

Write them a citation? Like how are we going to collect the money for the violation. It's not like we have their name or adress or any reliable identifier. It's racist that they create a system where an American HAVE to pay when we violate the law, while a group of Non-Americans get off scott-free.

If they are good people, they would avoid further violating our law, rather than compound the problem even more. Driving is a privelage, not a right.

All I can say is that is CRAAAAAAAAZY!

I don't understand how people that are "illegal" have the right to protest ANYTHING?!
But,society continues to cater to them?
There has always been drunk driving road blocks....how is this "targeting" the Spanish? If they are worried about being stopped...UMMMM don't drive and maybe better yet,go back to the country you are legal in.

Dog gone those Pro illegals ...Wait a minute...I'm Pro reform and don't see a problem with that. WHEW...Thank goodness I'm not a Pro illegal or I might. Confusing sometimes isn't it ? Pro illegal vs Pro reform. I'm a heavyweight so the Pro illegals don't stand a chance.
