They have no documentation how do you think they receive government benefits? Wouldn't they be deported if they went and applied for welfare with No papers?? It's a good thing that ALL mexicans, legal and illegal (which we know is mostly illegal) have an employment rate of 96% compared to our natives of about 75%. I read the dept of Agriculture and INS reports and such, trust me even in states like Texas, after they have recieved their aid from DSHS, they still are contributing a few BILLION dollers a year in taxes. Who do you think paid for my illegal mexican friends surgery when he was hurt on the job. His insurance and L&I that he had been paying for through his job for the last 14 yrs.

WASHINGTON - More than $1 billion of 1995 welfare payments and Food Stamps went to illegal immigrant families because some of their children are U.S. citizens, according to a new government report.
Although a child born in the United States to an illegal immigrant automatically becomes a citizen, "when such a child receives assistance, the aid also helps support the child's family, raising concerns about the use of public assistance by those illegally in the United States," said congressional auditors in the Nov. 19 U.S. General Accounting Office report.

I have NO idea what you are talking about when you say "and kill people" so no comment there. But no, obviously a lot of those not here legally whether or not on welfare don't ever seem to be reported and deported, and those that are are back within a short period it seems.

Now, as regards your question, there are some errors there that make it difficult to understand what you are asking. Apparently you don't know the difference between "cite" and "site"

They collect by using their anchor babies, the term used in these cases is "child only" They amounts they get are a little less then what a citizen gets but not much less.

The time limit was introduced in 2006, prior to that they could collect as long as they had a US born child under 18.

Many localities structure thier bureacracies to shield illegals from detection even when they aply for and use public services (so called 'sanctuary cities). Identity theft is also pretty common. You meant "but they are illegal?" Fake IDs. It is wrong to call them undocumented immigrants, because they have loads of documents, but the documents are fake or stolen. They get welfare, food stamps, housing, medicaid, and other govt services through their "anchor baby" children. Because of the billions of dollars of spending that illegals cost state, local, and federal govts every year, they are a net burden to our society.
