The fact is there are illegal immigrant from all over the world but you only concentrate on Latinos, maybe because they are the majority. Whey don't you complain about other races? Russian, Canadian, Indian, Irish, etc. I welcome all immigrants that are want to come here and make a better life for themselves! This country would be nothing without immigrants! Who build the railroads, whose food do you eat? Pizza, italian. Don't get me started about Chinese and Mexican food, because you know you love it! The US would be so bland without other cultures. Not everybody got here legally either. America counted on immigrants to make this country what it is, READ your history and stop the ignorance!

I'm a US Citizen i was born in Chicago,IL in 1993 also i hate Mexico because of their Poverty and sexual abusers/rapers thats why immigrants come to the USA to have a better life i feel sorry for illegal immigrants that work really hard also theres this 17 teenager that is a paleta man that sells ice creams that comes by my street and he comes with his 4 year old brother because their parents have to work and do you think is fair they should get deported?

i am a canadian here in the US and my husband was going to sponsor me he has decide he doesnt want to waste the money to sponsor me and rather me stay here illigally the thing is i dont wanna be here illigally because then i can not go and visit my family at all who can i talk to , to see if theres any way to be taken back to canada

Should we get married in Slovakia then apply for a resident visa? Should we apply for a Fiancee Visa? Or should we go to the States on her Tourist Visa and then get married? The last option is the fastest but it comes with risks of them finding out that its was your intention to come and get married. Do they really interrogate you for this information? We are in a extreme hurry for health reasons. 6 months is to long to wait in this situation. Don't refer me to the NCIS website. Ive looked and no websites answer these questions. Immigration is a pain in the neck!

I assume that this policy dates back to the days when we were actively looking for new citizens to populate the country, but in this day and age, and given the illegal immigration debates currently dividing ther country, it seems like an antiquated policy that no longer serves the public good.

is the hispanic population larger than the white population. Dont get me wrong i think its a beautiful thing and may even show a change in time. Hispanics people have done what black people could not, as far as being a majority in America. we are only 12.1% of the pop. Its kind of funny how white and hispanics are grouped together and they are 74.7% of the us pop. It seems as if the us is afraid to seperate white from hispanic because then we would know the truth. That the white pop. is no longer the majority. There are 47.9% of Hispanic's in America and if 74.7% is included with the number of whites, thats only 26.5% of whites.....is that true?

Beware of marrying any foriegner, especially the ones who speak English.
I married a Brit out of nothing more than love. he was a slick talker with a dreamy accent and beautiful face.
He conned me and some of my family members out of money and basically my life!
I am not a stupid woman, just he was a damn good liar!
I withdrew my sponsorship, he lost his SS card and work authorization but , as most con artist do, when I threw him out and filed for a divorce, he found a wokan that was NOT at all attractive and about 20 years older than himself, In other words a desperate woman. She took him in and he lied to her also and led hert to believe all sorts of horrible things about me.
I tried to warn that stupid woman, she did not listen and he got deported about a year later, leaving her with all his bills and all alone. I knew this would happen. She even went as far as to sponsor him and finacially take care of him while he hired an immigration attorney to file his appeal.

All legal documents are dated Oct 2006. Someone said that I have to prepare notorised affidavit/ advt in newspapers again, since the earlier affidavit is valid for 6 months only for making change in passport. Is it so? Can anybody confirm?

One of my friend told me without that we cann't board to air. What can I do.
