Should we get married in Slovakia then apply for a resident visa? Should we apply for a Fiancee Visa? Or should we go to the States on her Tourist Visa and then get married? The last option is the fastest but it comes with risks of them finding out that its was your intention to come and get married. Do they really interrogate you for this information? We are in a extreme hurry for health reasons. 6 months is to long to wait in this situation. Don't refer me to the NCIS website. Ive looked and no websites answer these questions. Immigration is a pain in the neck!

INS are scrutinizing folks 100%. I know from my own experience. However, I was lucky back than. My husband was serving highest command in the US Air Force back than. So we applied for my residence status, but we married whilst we were in Germany. Than applied for the VISA. It took forever to straighten out the paper work. I do not remember how many times we needed to go to the US Embassy in Frankfurt. For that piece of paper, or that doctors visit or that documentation. But finally we got the okay. But I also must say that it might have been different from us , since he was a soldier. In your case, I would marry her over there. And good luck for the two of you.

Fiancee visa would be the quickest way. They say it only takes 4-6 months, but as slow as they move it will probably take up to a year.

Sorry, it seems that the United States is only interested in brown people becoming citizens these days.

have her vacation in Mexico, on the American Border.
she will be with you in days,
and she will never be found out, because the American Government wont mess with that bee hive.
Immigration in America has became our true Pandora's box. its open and cant be closed.
